I called the end of the day and was surprised to hear he could get me in for the next day! I was surprised it's $350 for a 30 minute service call to snake a line, but they did a good job and my problem is solved. I recommend them since they were super fast and professional.

I checked the sewer line and it is still draining slowly. This is after one month that they came by and unfortunately my tenant didn't let me know right away about the gurgling sound so I called as soon as I found out. The owner wanted to come by and charge another $250 to snake the line and $200 to put a camera in. There was no attempt to make it right or try to snake it a second time at no charge. I cannot spend $500 within a month time and still have a slow drain. I cannot recommend this company and will not do business with them again.

They came out to keep our system operating for the weekend! it saved us! We were having company which puts additional stress on your septic system. They have been very professional, courteous and compassionate! they have been out here several times. They are almost finished. the last part to do is install a riser... which I highly recommend!! Otherwise, you'll have to dig the lid out each time.. which is not fun. They will educate you on proper septic system maintenance. you should have your tank pumped every 3-5 years and follow proper guidelines on septic system procedures. These guys are great!
