Weren't there before as this was a BRAND NEW CAR and husband had looked over several times for these kinds of marks prior to purchase. Owner came up and immediately told us there was no way his car wash, (with the huge arm literally hanging by a screw), could have done that and we were trying to scam him. He tried to get us to "reinact" car wash. Like we would take it BACK in there? Really? Anyway, after accusing us of lying and trying to scam him, we were ready to just let it go. Then he texts us a video (which showed nothing) and began to tell us we were lying again. I responded about his poor customer services skills and about how upset we are that a business has called us liars, and asked him not to respond to us anymore and we would not either. He again responds and tells us to quit lying!!! I will never go there again and will tell anyone who will listen about his business practices and unprofessional look and attitude.
