This time I inquired about a little scratch on the hood of my Lexus ES 350, which I thought would cost me a fortune; but it didn't. Their detail man did an amazing job to where it's not noticeable. I was not impressed. I could have gotten an int/ext clean at a car wash and it would have been just as good and way cheaper. The dent on the bumper needed fixing, still looks awful. Very disappointing! They literally used a $1 store kids paint brush and white paint on my car! I kept saying you aren't finished right?? You are still working on it, aren't you?! The owner said, nope it's done. Sorry if you aren't happy. They told me Before hand they could do a great job. The pictures on their website are very misleading. I went to this place and they have horrible customer service. We set a price to clean only the outside and the owner Ken changed the deal. He also came up with a list of false excuses on why he did not want to clean my car. I NEVER seen anything like this place it is pathetic. Some people do not need to be in business at all! Boy, is this business aptly named! A six-foot strip of paint was missing when I came to pick up my vehicle! While there is a documented issue of paint peeling in that area of Chevy vans, I had photographic evidence AND a human witness that the paint was intact before going through the "hand wash" process. I'd paid in full for an exterior HAND WASH and interior detailing, but there's no way a hand wash could have done that kind of damage. They had to have used a pressure hose. (But of course, they denied it.) I was crestfallen to learn that it was going to cost $1000 to repair the damage, and I was already trying to sell the van. (Thus, this drastically into my profit margin.) In my opinion, the only right thing for the owner to do would've been to cover 100% of the repair cost. However, this owner only agreed to pay for half -- despite my evidence that the paint in that area was intact when the vehicle arrived in his care. I begrudgingly had to settle for this arrangement because, after pursuing the possibility of litigation and/or an insurance claim, this was my best bad option. So... I was paid a $500 check, but I was NOT refunded the cost of the detailing. NOT a happy ending. read more

I purchased a gift card for my husband and gave the specifics of the vehicle (make and model) at the time of purchase. They quoted me one price at the time of purchase and charged me an additional $39.00 at the time of service. I don't like being up charged!!! If by chance they misquoted price, they should man up and eat the difference. It is called customer service. I could not find an adult to talk to about the situation, guys working looked and acted like a 12 year old boy band. They did not show any concern beyond what they were having for lunch. Ridiculous! We plan on going back today because they did not clean the windows. After today, we will never return. I am a past client and never had complaints until now. I had some scratches from an ice scraper on my hood and a few other places. I walked in without an appointment and Ken took care of my car immediately. They were so nice and understanding. They were able to buff out the scratches and it didn't take long at all. My car looks new again. He also told me to come back if I happen to notice any missed spots. I highly recommend. They are very friendly and won't take advantage of you if you have no car knowledge, like me! I wasn't sure how much to expect but it was extremely affordable for the service I needed. Paid to have my vehicle outside detailed and leather seats clean. Well Ray Charles would have done better they left wax all over the truck I paid extra because it's an suv I thought they had not wax the roof well they did in parts but mostly just did not remove the wax. So I spent the rest of my afternoon removing the wax they left be hind and waxing my truck what I call the right way. What a waste of hard earned money. I Will never go back read more

Great work, horrible service and procedures! Emailed for a price quote for a full service detailing and was quoted at $189 with the understanding it could be a little higher depending on what all is required. Bring my vehicle in and was told it would be $200-$225. Show up to pick up my vehicle after the work was done and was then told the price went up to $250 for unknown reasons. When I showed up after being called and told my vehicle was ready, they were still working on it and it was clear they were not finished with it as they threw some tire black as they handed me my keys. Once I get home, I get a phone call that they had removed my speaker (sub) and forgot to put it back. Arrangements to get my sub back placed the burden on me. Instead of bringing me the property immediately, I was told I had to wait until they could get the time to get it to me because of a holiday weekend. It's a shame the service is so bad because honestly they did a great job detailing the vehicle. read more

We would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their car's surface addressed. We are extremely picky about our car's exterior - our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 43K miles on it! Our Jeep is deep red, and having lived in California for a number of years, the surface was a bit faded and oxidized. Caylon explained the Opti-Coat package to us, and ensured us he could get our Jeep almost completely back to its original color. We were blown away when we went to pick up our vehicle. The red was completely restored, all the way back to the reflective flecks in the paint. The surface was so smooth that a dry towel just slid right off! Caylon explained that the Opti-Coat surface would not have the pop of the high glass wax jobs, but he got it very close. And the price was great, exactly what we expected to pay for what we wanted. Took my truck in for detailing and it was the sloppiest job ever! I had to clean up their mistakes when I got home. No attention to detail and didn't follow through with what I requested. Called to complain and they just offered 20% off my next appointment. They could have offered me a FREE appointment and I wouldn't go back! Pure garbage go to a real detailer. They don't properly prep the car. Instead of hand washing and getting everything spotless they just put it through the car wash next door. (WHICH IS NOT TOUCHLESS IT WILL CAUSE SWIRLS AND SCRATCHES) and depending on the package you get youll get some wax. Its awful and pathetic. Countless cars came out of that shop with something on it that's still dirty. You can tell they dont love what they do and just get paid hourly. Go to someone else don;t waste the time and money. read more

Wow this business has went downhill. I just recently moved back to this side of town and was excited to start using them again. Unfortunately everything has changed. All new employees different management and the pricing has increased. It seems like kids are running it and it looks and feels very unprofessional. I went to ask about a detailing package but the gentleman didn't seem educated on the details nor did he seem like he wanted to help me. Took my car to another big time detail place before I took long car trip. Just wanted a protective coat before I went. Paid $150. Job was ok. They skipped a lot of the small areas. Under the door handles were real scuffed. Came home from 3400 miles. Wanted another clean up and wax to get all those bugs off. Asked only for exterior wash and wax. dropped off at 8am picked up at 2pm. They did awesome job. Even cleaned interior. Will definitely go back. Se price, but a much better job. read more

Bad experience. Surcharge for minivan/SUV etc. 33% surcharge they explained after giving me quote for work that we expected to take an hour (shampoo mats). I left when they said this before they did service, don't think it would have ended well for me. read more
