Requested full body wash and total clean inside . I did have dog hair and told them to try their best . Well they didn't do anything. Back of Jeep completely dirty . Had not been touched . Had not wiped anything down sufficiently and of course still had quite a bit of dog hair which it should have been less . read more

I love using Jeff's Car Wash! I like to get the superclean. Their attention to detail is fantastic. I have a toddler and we love to travel for enrichment activities. This means that we drag in soil and leaves and who knows what else into the car. My car looked brand new once they were finished. They didn't cut any corners, detailed all the interior corners and found random things from under the seats that I didn't even realize were there. They are very polite and professional. For this interior and exterior service you pay $75 which is a bargain for everything they do. I will continue to have my vehicle cleaned here for sure. read more

Quality over quantity. I was shocked by how fast they finished my "platinum" (inside and outside cleaning). However I found a French fry in the floorboard, which had to have been there quite a while. NO APPLE PAY! I'd already left a different car wash that didn't take tap or Apple Pay. So when I looked up Jeff's it clearly said they accepted Apple Pay. I waited in a long line to find that they do not take Apple Pay. So I had to hand over a CC. I absolutely HATE handing someone my card. In today's world of skimmers and photos being taken of cards. So today was my first and last time using Jeff's. My preference is to load up my Apple cash and use that everywhere. Only 3 stars because the car wash was acceptable. read more

When Jeff's car wash is open, I love it. They do an amazing job cleaning the interior and exterior of your vehicle. The downside is I have a monthly subscription every time it seems to rain at some point during the day they close down for the rest of the day. They're closed on Sundays. I've gone the last two days and they have been closed due to rain. Not raining all day rain for a little while and then stops and it's bright sunny 20 minutes later. Now it's Sunday so they are closed, which I'm not against them having a day off by any means but now it's three days without a vehicle cleaning it's just hard to justify a membership at a place where I continually have problems with them actually being open. read more

Over and above! I noticed my front plate came off in the wash, went back the next day and asked if they had seen it--no luck, but they said they'd call back if it came up. Fully expected to never hear from them, but it wasn't 10mins later, they called back after they went to look for it, found it and left in the front office for us! Couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! And a huge bonus, the wheels looked amazing--we've tried everything to clean them up and could never get them as clean and shiny as Jeff's can!! $34 for one wash. I had to ask for the dash to be wiped off. The radio, temp controls, and screen were never touched. My windshield inside is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

A complete waste of $37 and rude staff. I was there from beginning to end less than 8 minutes. My vehicle looks just about the same as it did before I got there. The first employee I encountered was rude and appeared very unhappy. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning or recommending Jeff's Car "Wash" to anyone. read more

Nothing wrong with the self-service car washes; it has the full works and will get your car clean but it will charge you $15 flat if you pay by card, no matter how long it takes to wash your car yourself. Haven't tried their full-service car wash; maybe they're better. At any rate, I won't be back to their self-service bays. read more

Great service, and a reasonable price for a full service car wash. They manually scrub the bugs off of the front of the car prior to going through the automatic wash, and have a swarm of people drying the car when you come out. I was in and out in minutes read more

Jeff's car wash does a good job of cleaning the vehicles. They have a ceramic coating option, that does a great job of making the vehicle shine and keeps the tree sap and bird poo from staining the paint. They also do a good job of cleaning the bottom of the vehicle. read more

I paid $43.00 for a thorough cleaning on a new (to me) car that needed help. It wasn't any better than the basic cleaning. Dirt was still visible on the dashboard and the sides of the back deck. They didn't vacuum under the floor mats. I spent my Sunday redoing everything they missed. I'm glad I didn't spend the $75.00 I was planning to on the Super Clean package. HONEST!! I left $500.00 in cash in my car under my mat and completely forgotten about it. When the workers began to vacuum my car they found it and immediately returned it to me. I advised the manager who let me know it happens often that his workers find cash, jewelry and other items and immediately return them to the owner. The staff was courteous and polite. But I was disappointed when I paid almost $40 to have my car cleaned inside & out wanting it to look its best for sale photos. The cleaning was incomplete and inadequate. Some specifics: the seams on my console still had debris in them and the dash display had dirt caked in the corners. The backend required additional vacuuming as did the frame around the liftgate. The exterior initially looked good, but closer inspection revealed some additional cleaning touch up needs as well. read more

This used to be the best place to get your car washed. The employees were trained to a high standard to do specific areas of your vehicle and to do them extremely well. Not so much anymore. Prices have gone thru the roof and the people that clean the interior are lackluster at best. And my car is NOT even dirty inside, just the floor mats and the carpet in the front only. They either have zero suction in their vacs or they just don't vacuum the carpet at all. The mirrors were moved and not wiped dry, the wheels still had salty looking substance on them and the lower edge of the car was not clean. So sad that it was sold to new owners, they are not doing a very good job and some of the females that work there are less than friendly. They act like I am bothering them when I pay, and looking up from their phone is too much trouble to ring up a sale. Too bad, I will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

First time user, and we will be back. I'm 76 and my partner is 77, and though we CAN wash the car ourselves, the time it would take doesn't compare. They washed the outside, vacuumed the inside and the trunk, and washed all the windows inside and out. It would have taken me several hours to do what they did, and even then I wouldn't have done the quality job they did. And this was with the LEAST expensive package. last time I used Jeff's Car Wash, was the last time I will waste my money there. i paid for th Ultimate and I got the Utimate RIP-Off and a smart ass worker that argued with me about the poor job they did. I literally was picking dirt up off the floor boards and showing him, what they didnt do. He said it would cost $300. to get a better job, than theirs. When I asked him if he would be satisfied with dirt left in carpet, mud on the doors, dust on the dash, after he paid $30.00. He told me that he would never let his car get in this condition! Terrible experience & I'll probably never go back. Stopped by this am for a quick car wash. It wasn't busy so I got full service. I saw all these cars/ big trucks coming out so after about 15 minutes I stepped outside to see where my car was. It was running, door wide open while they put all these express vehicles ahead of mine. After I ask , they put it back in the line but did something to the locks as the keys were in the car. This has never been a issues. They were trying to break into my car with tools but had no luck. A 65K SUV...... really! The manager who was lovely tried to help and had to take me home to get my other keys. What should have taken 15 minutes took an hour & a half. I missed a important appt that I can't get again till next year! Left frustrate, semi dirty car and a new scratch on my door handle. I went to Jeff's car wash, 5/16/2022, everything was done good But the trunk was not vacuumed the inside was vacuumed but not all the carpet by the pedals were done, the outside was done well, I did expect my trunk carpet would be done and on the doors inside on the bottom , I got there early I didn't expect to get in right when I got there before thy opened , they took me right when they opened, they did a good job except for the trunk and the doors inside bottom, the prices were reasonable But they could have done better , the staff was friendly. Self-service car wash had the coin entry taped over, so I used my debit card. The machine said $3.00 to start. They charged me $15 for 3.5 minutes of use. I called and was told this was incorrect (it was pending) and would be less. Lies! I was in fact charged $15 for less than 4 minutes washing my own car. read more

Quick Sunday morning exterior car wash. Pulled in trying to read the selection signs above the entryway but an employee kept looking annoyed and hurriedly motioning me forward only to ask " which one do you want?" I replied I was trying to decide but I didn't get a chance to read them all. After he ran through all of the available washes I decided to get an exterior only wash. I asked about touch or touch-less and the attendant held out a towel and said this is what will be touching your car. It seemed harmless. WRONG! The process left scratches on my daughter's 2017 X3. The towel dry by hand left dirty untouched areas to be cleaned and the tape on the inside of the windshield to indicate payment and wash level left residue when removed. Unless my vehicle was covered with mud or was a junker I wouldn't use Jeff's Car Wash. read more

Went to Jeff's on Saturday September 23, around 10am. I was surprised there were so many vehicles in line in front of me. The place was busy. The weather was sunny and warm, mid 70s. I purchased the $27 works which included inside/outside and tires. I also got the new car smell air freshener which clips on to your air vent. The men's restroom was clean. There were plenty of employees to handle the line of vehicles getting cleaned. I spoke with the inside clerk, who was friendly, and she stated it had been busy since 8 am and will stay busy all day until they close at 6pm. There were 4/5 persons working on my vehicle after it exited the wash. They were quick and efficient. This is my first review and I have no complaints. I will return. Advise: clean out the juke and coins in your vehicle before they clean your vehicle. read more

My car was beyond dirty. It sat for the month I was away, accumulating layers of grime. With no rain, there was no relief for it. I decided to swing by Jeff's. I purchased the basic wash for $9.00. I was the only customer, so they took their time scrubbing, and when I came out the other side, my car looked good and clean. I was in and out in no time. This review is kind of two-fold and a little difficult. So I normally LOVE Jeff's Car Wash! If you sign up for their texts you can get a $5 off which makes it even better!! Growing up I always washed my car at home, the old fashioned way, but Jeff's has somewhat changed my mind! lol They typically do a wonderful job and I always leave satisfied. You drive up, choose what option you want from their menu, tell the guy working, and then leave your car and go inside to see it come through and pay. You can even choose a scent from about 8-10 different options which is really nice! Well, the last time I went through I was extremely dissatisfied. Usually they are very thorough but that time they left so much dirt and trash and it was a pointless trip. I had a little bit of dirt on my dash and they didn't even get that. It wasn't much and all I did when I got back in the car was lightly rub it and of course it came right off. They could have easily done that with the towels they usually use. There was also still lots of dust on my dash. Part of me wondered if they even dusted inside. It looked like they barely vacuumed in the back, if at all, and there was still small trash (like straw wrappers) in the back. I would be a little more understanding if it was some really intense dirt and filth but my car wasn't terrible to begin with and should have been quickly and easily cleaned up. This past experience left me very disappointed. Because this isn't the usual experience with Jeff's I'll give it another try but if it happens again I won't be coming back. I was disappointed to say the least and hope this was just a one time fluke. read more

Went to the self service part of the business. Right away, the first vacuum I pulled up to was broken. I then pulled into the wash area and they only take cash. Before I had a license I had my mom take our car to Jeff's Car wash. Even when living in Eastern KY I went to Jeff's EVERY SINGLE TIME I was in town. The time before last I had left three Apple Macintosh Yankee Candle air fresheners on my the plastic cart outside while I was leaving a tip. I assumed they would be gone. Wellllllllll. I came back and the girl at check out, where I was buying more Apple Macintosh air fresheners smiles and says the ones I left were in the office. I just about fell over. NO WHERE DO YOU GET THAT SERVICE! It goes without saying my cars have NEVER ONCE been anything but IMMACULATE! Additionally, the new owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! read more
