We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee. Vicky was kind and really worked with my husband and I. I loved that they didn't push to have the outside of my car detailed too. My son's truck is a work truck and it was filthy. They took so much time on it, before it went through the automatic wash and after when cleaning the inside. However, I immediately got a response back from somebody presumably across the country somewhere stating that there was no malfunction with their equipment, so the claim was denied. The replacement part cost me $175. I responded to the denial notification asking someone to call me back to discuss. Three days later there was still no response.
