If you look at that timeframe on the photo, that says "8-10", do you see the date? It says 1 June. At no time did you or your agent, clarify the time for 8 June which was the only day I requested your service. ** you are the one who quoted me $150 for my 2 bath, kitchen request. If you look at the picture, it says "pet friendly" products and in the details section it states "pet friendly home". Nowhere in your communication does it say $35 pet fee. I communicated with Amanda. I needed a clean out for a move and she accommodated me. I had 1000 sq ft & was quoted $200. After she got there, she texted me, "normally this would cost $250 plus a $35 pet fee, but we'll do it for $200." Ok... no mention of "pet fee" previously, & I'm not sure why they said that after giving me the quote. Anyway, I was at the place the night before the clean & told her I didn't have enough room in my car to get the rest of the food out of the freezer. I TOLD HER TO LEAVE THE FOOD IN THE FREEZER & I WOULD PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME TO INSPECT THE CLEAN & PAY HER. When I got there, all my food was gone! They threw it out! DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I was very mad, that was a lot of money in food! Then, she told me that while the 2 of them were cleaning, she left the KEY in the front door, which was open while they were taking trash out. She said a young black man wandered into the house, said he wanted to look around, & she let him! After he left, the key was missing & she couldn't find it anywhere! I told her how foolish it was to let a strange man come in, he could've hurt them, and he stole the key, which meant the locks would need to be changed! Luckily for me the owner was too cheap to change the locks so I wasn't charged for that; had I been, I would've had to deduct it from her fee. They did a good job, but had to come back because they hadn't swept off the patios or cleaned some paper that was stuck to the floor. They definitely need to step up their security & follow directions better, but I gave them 4 stars cuz they worked their asses off & the place was spotless afterward. In response to THEIR response, THERE WAS NO CAT FECES ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. Some litter on the floor, BUT NO FECES ANYWHERE. I don't appreciate that remark! read more

They came in and did some WORK. Our house was spotless after they left. I would highly recommend them to anybody and will definitely inquire with them again. What can I say about Clean Sweep? First off, I recently moved to Pensacola and decided to rent a house. I walked through the house and found it extremely dirty, moldy smelling, and just not up to my standards of clean. Before I could move my things in, I wanted this place cleaned from top to bottom. I called around to few places but no one was available. My last call was to Clean Sweep. The voicemail came on and I hung up before leaving a message. Within 5 minutes, my phone rang and it was Amy from Clean Sweep returning my call. I explained to her that I was not comfortable with the state of the house and wanted someone to come out that day to clean it. She told me that it was her day off but she understood my concerns and desperation, and decided to come to me to clean the house. What a cleaning she did! Wiped out cabinets, doors, everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, walls, and vacuumed. Just WOW! She did what is called a deep cleaning. 5 hours plus later, a clean smelling house.
