I used Maid-Pro in Kenosha for a move-in cleaning. I went over, in detail, what I wanted done and…read moreeven paid extra for some deep cleaning items in the kitchen. While the refrigerator and stove were clean the rest of the house was lightly cleaned at best. Many things that I was told would be done were skipped including light fixtures, blinds, dusting of railings, ceiling fans, window ledges, etc. When I called to complain about the quality of the service the owner called me back. Apparently, he was the one that cleaned my house and he started yelling at me, basically calling me a liar. I asked how long he was there and it was 1.5 hours less than I paid for. I had to ask for the difference back even though I was told I would only be charged for the time they were there. I sent him pictures to prove these items weren't done and he finally agreed to give me a refund for the time. I checked my credit card statement and saw that he gave me less of a refund than he should have. I had also originally booked them to do my move-out cleaning at my apartment. When I called to cancel the next day I was informed that my cleaning had already been canceled without informing me. The owner is extremely rude and totally unprofessional! Don't use this company unless you want to be unhappy with the results and treated like garbage from a company you are paying to do a job.
