I think it would be better if we could've split the work into 2 days, but they stayed late and worked in the dark to finish the windows. I had to keep calling him. After a few cancellations (one excuse after another), he shows up on a Friday at 4:00 pm when it was supposed to be 1:00. There was an extremely strong and overpowering odor of bleach. My eyes were irritated. The smell was also overbearing inside my house. Rudy carelessly was just spraying like he didn't want to be there. I stopped him and inquired about the bleach affecting my plants which he said he sprayed the plants first with water which I didn't believe. He asked if he could come back the next day to finish which I responded an unequivocal no. He left my place a mess. Needless to say, my concerns were spot on and my plants started dyeing and my outdoor light fixtures were discolored. When I reached out to him, he said, "I was hired to clean your house" and accepted no responsibility for all my plants and bushes and fixtures and simply said, "Jesus loves you." (huh??) He didn't even have his own hose and used mine. He said he was in business for 10 years yet ILSOS indicates the business was incorporated in '23 and Rudy is not even an officer of the company.... Buyer beware, this guy is lazy and a scammer!
