We recently hired Sylvia and Angel's cleaning service for a move out clean of the house and carpet cleaning and could not be happier with the service and results! First of all, they were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in with such short notice. We had already moved out of the house and were living 30 minutes away, and had to get it done in a week. Angel was so good about responding to text messages and calls and being available and willing to work out a schedule so we could get it done. We had the house cleaned on a Wednesday and the carpet steam cleaned on Saturday. He even came back to my house to close my windows when it rained bc I was so far away! The price was reasonable and on par with other quotes that we got, but we loved that this is a small family business and wanted to support that. And we made the best decision and now our carpet is clean, our house is sparkling and it's ready to go on the market. If we lived in the area, we would for sure be getting biweekly cleaning from them. Hope we can find someone in our area that can compare. read more

We had confirmed with them a quote on November 3rd to come for a move-in cleaning on November 16th, 2016. I reminded via email on November 15th. The cleaner did not show up as confirmed on November 16th - so while we lost one day just waiting for them, we did manage to save the cost for the cleaning by not paying it to them. I cannot recommend Sylvia & Angel's Cleaning Service enough! They worked miracles for me. I was moving into a house that had 4 dogs living in it prior to me. Everything needed to be cleaned from the vents to the walls to the floors to the windows to the ceiling fans. The crew that came in was professional and detail oriented. I moved to Round Lake just about 3 years ago, to a much larger home than the one I had lived in previously. I had not been satisfied with my previous service for some time, so I looked for one in the Round Lake area and came across Sylvia and Angel - and boy am I glad I did! They came out that same week, on time as promised. They did a thorough walk through of my home, then sat and really listened to what I was looking for. My home is 3500 square feet, with white carpets and black ceramic tile. I also have 3 cats so I am very concerned with pet hair and odor removal, and occasional pet stains. When people come to my home, they have no idea I even have pets - due in large part to the amazing job Angel and his team do! You can see yourself in my floors and the pet hair is gone! They clean baseboards, cold air returns, ceiling fan blades, window sills - all those little things that make a big difference! They use only a particular paper towel, which leaves no tissue bits on anything, especially glass, and use your vacuum so as not to bring other people's dirt or pet dander/hair into your home. They move everything to get under and around, and even go outside when they can to do windows and sliding doors on the outside! They are respectful, responsible, and always arrive promptly on the prescribed day. In 3 years, they have only asked to change the day once - pretty great service - and have never missed an appointment, even during the holidays which is an especially important time for all of us. They leave special little touches - folding the toilet paper and fashioning flowers on top tissue boxes - which is small to them but big for me! The price is extremely fair and competitive with other services I had priced, and has not gone up since I began using them almost 3 years ago. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and each of them will attest to the fantastic job they do, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed.
