I prefer NOT to pay for a service that I have to go behind the cleaning person and clean again! The first person they sent out was GREAT! But apparently she left. The next person was mediocre a best. First day she told me she would be leaving the company as well. She showed up again, but each time I would have to go behind her and clean where she missed. NO THANKS! Awful service. I requested a deep cleaning and was given a list of everything that would be included in the cleaning. They sent one male employee to deep clean my 1800 sq foot town home. I had to leave around the time he was almost done to take my son to the doctor and I left a check on the counter for him. When I returned, I looked around and not one surface was cleaned upstairs. The bathtub wasn't touched, there was dust all over surfaces, the stairs weren't vacuumed, furniture wasn't moved in the living room area and there was dust and pet hair under the couches and beds weren't made at all. No photo frames were moved on the mantel on the fire place. I received less than your basic cleaning. I took photos and sent an email to the company with my disappointment. They said they felt terrible and really wanted to make it up to me, so they rescheduled for the following week. I picked up and cleaned and got ready for them to come for their reschedule. I waited all afternoon and they were supposed to come between 11 and noon. At 12:20 I called them and asked if they were still coming and they said they had left a message for me at 8am that morning saying they couldn't come. They said they couldn't reschedule until the following week. At this point it would be 3 weeks since I wanted the deep cleaning done. I was so frustrated so I requested a refund and asked to speak with the owner. I was told the owner would email me. She did and said I was the one who declined the re-do and they would not issue a refund. At the very least, the company should have offered a timely re-do of the service (I never actually got). They request their clients provide a 24 hour cancellation notice or else they will charge them $50... I was not given that same courtesy. I spent tons of time preparing for them to come as well as buying new cleaning supplies for them. I am now out $170 plus cleaning supplies plus all the time spent preparing and waiting for them. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have since heard other complaints about their services as well. I only gave them one star because zero stars wasn't an option. read more

I used Welcome Home cleaning to help clean a house we had just moved into and had not been maintained or cleaned well by the previous owners. After a week of scrubbing and disinfecting the kitchen by myself, I knew I needed help to finish the rest. Welcome Home Cleaning to the rescue! The two ladies who came out to clean did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. They cleaned pretty much top to bottom. (They don't do windows though). We were moving into a house that the previous owners NEVER cleaned and I couldn't handle it, so I called Welcome Home Cleaning. They were so accommodating and fit me in so that I could continue with my move. They went through and cleaned it so well that when I walked in, it was actually brighter and so sparkling clean! I never would have had the strength to do what they did and made it so spotlessly clean! They were the most friendly and very professional and cheerful people. What a great crew Welcome Home has!
