I called so many carpet cleaners to get estimates to clean several rugs for my mother. Raymond (the small business owner) answered the phone, was very personable and quoted me very fairly for the bundle of rugs I asked for him to clean. He came in person and picked them up from our home, inspected and hauled them out, then emailed me an invoice and would check-in periodically with photos of the progress over the several weeks it took to clean some very large area rugs. Once he was finished I arranged the drop off so my mother could see the amazing work he had done. Stunning Work. Pure evidence of hand done labor and care for customer satisfaction. Our 10X14 Rug itself had one previous owner before our family who abused it somewhat often it seemed. Once I saw it in my mothers possession and heard what she paid I couldn't believe how damaged it seemed. She had be con'ed no doubt. I felt sad for my mother and the money she had spent on it. I thought it was going to be a loss and a hard lesson learned... BUT NO! Raymond spent true time, sweat and effort making this rug just amazing. If I felt like a wet paper towel was something that the couch needed I wouldn't have hired a service and would have done it myself for free. Like I understand it's not a big deal it's just a section and what was done was done well. But if you're working for 200 dollars the hour/hour and half id think if there's an error it gets fixed. I picked this company for the reviews and the attention to detail and I'm glad other people experienced that. I can't relate.
