Because he was blocking me from being able to move, I said I'm all set and tried to give him money, as he was pointing at the sign saying "trash is for paying customers, it isn't free for me to get rid of your trash". I said sir I understand that and that's why I am trying to give you money because I just want to leave now, he gets irate, doesn't let me leave, and then takes my money and leans into my car past me and throws it at me! Says "don't you ever effing come back here, MA'AM". Completely rude and awful for quite literally no reason. I used to come here all the time, as I stressed to him as he was angry about me not using the vacuums (even though I was paying), but now I am "banned for life" for this incident. If this guy owns the place he should be ashamed of himself, and if he doesn't, they should be ashamed they employ angry old men that think it's okay to corner young women and question them at length for no reason! Miserable old guy with nothing better to do, and has no business working with people.

I tried to tell him my experience but he put his hand up and started helping other customers. I still tried to have a conversation and he called me overdramatized. I said I would just like to have a conversation and asked how to get a hold of his boss because I don't understand why I was told to come down if no one was going to help me and now you have insulted me I'm and I just need directions on what to do about my damaged car. We had a lot of bugs on our windshield and went through the gentle touch place. For $20 it was decent but it didn't get all the bugs off. The rest of the car was pretty clean and I like how you get a minute to go through the air dryer at the end. After you exit there are self serve vacuums. It would be nice if you could get a cloth to dry off the car but they didn't have any for sale. If your car is filthy and you want to remove a layer of grime so you don't look like a bum rolling up some place, this is okay. I would say save a few bucks and just go for the basic wash...no need to go for the $20 version.

The last time I went, a staff member approached me before I started using it and explained that the machine I parked at was actually the more expensive one (it offers "scented" air and runs for longer at a time), and pointed out the cheaper machines. He was very kind and helpful. He didn't need to do that at all. Many places would rather upsell than volunteer the cheaper options.

Hung, and Tu are both individuals who worked on my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't too dirty, so it was about a 2 hour wait. There is minimal seating area for a couple of two. The young men working at the front end of the car wash work really hard to do a good job. The car wash machine itself is the type in which you put your car in neutral and rollers at the ground level pull the car through the car wash. Upon inspecting the car afterwards, there were a few little spots that it missed, but overall it did really, really well! My wife has a new Lexus, and this is one of the few places she feels comfortable, taking her car to get it washed.

I tend to avoid cleaning the inside of my car because, well . . . boring,…read moretakes too long, etc. But it had been awhile (read: literal years) since I'd done anything at all to the inside of my trusty little 2009 Toyota Corolla, so it was just grimy and dusty and had dirt from the garden and leaves and whatnot. I decided to splurge on an interior detailing, and am very glad I chose Pristine. You make an appointment online (when I did so the next available was about a week and a half out, and they called to confirm and ask basic details, which I appreciated). Since I don't have pets and don't smoke, and there were no major stains, I was able to get by with Pristine's base rate for small cars ($175 at this writing; all prices on their website). I truly think this splurge was worth it--it looks *amazing*! Seats thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned, including underneath the two front seats (the guy found some things that had rolled under there from some long-ago shopping trip, LOL); carpets and floorboards now spotless; all the little console cracks and crevices spic and span. Included the trunk, too! Just FYI, the place is a little hard to see from the street--you have to pull off Forest Ave. and go between the buildings, down the long driveway to the "auto detailing" sign and their front door. Once you do you'll be greeted by the very nice young men who work there, and then leave your car with them for a few hours, and voila! There are various detailing places and I called around for estimates from a few, and I'm happy to have found this one. Highly recommend!

They didn't even try to properly wash - let alone detail - the exterior of the car, it seems they just took a hose to it and used my own windshield wipers to handle the windshield. The front especially is filthy with the tires covered in gravel still thst even has dirt sprayed up and onto the door. The interior of my car is quite dirty, literally sand on the seat, dirt stains to wipe off snd the windows either not finished or they had used a dirty rag because there are ugly streaks everywhere. I'm going to have to pay to have the exterior washed somewhere else and hand scrub the interior, I took half a dozen pictures of the intetior and emailed it back to them.
