Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. One of the first things he asked me, after seeing the house, was whether we wanted to downgrade to a detail cleaning to save money, before any pricing was discussed. He presented all three options and we still went with the full package for our needs, as it is quute reasonable. I was tempted to give him the approval on the spot. He came yesterday with two others to clean the entire home, which surprised me to realize he was a part of the crew. My parents are really appreciative of the work that the team did, because the crew dtayed for nearly 7 hours!
