She did get some of the acid peel in my eye which was painful but she flushed my eye and it ended up fine. Amy was over 15 minutes late beginning the process which she did apologize for. She then took me to the computer to take pictures. She had pictures of herself up to show before and after but she then looked up clients by name to show additional photos. I saw numerous client first and last names as well as their last date visited. As she scrolled through the list, I watched specifically for my sister to see if this was a current list and sure enough I saw my sister's name and saw that she last had her first facial with Amy the same week which I knew to be true. I paid a lot of money for a relaxing experience and it simply wasn't. Amy talked about herself for the entire time and it was just an overall negative experience. I went to my sister's right after my appointment and she asked what I thought. I said "the facial was okay but I hated the girl," my sister said she completely agreed and was hoping I didn't have the same experience. She said Amy was even texting during her facial and that Amy said "I give my clients my phone number and that's who is texting me right now." Amy did tell me if she was ever on Dr. Pimple Popper that she would like to use me as an example for the video. As someone who was already insecure about my face after a traumatizing experience with accutane, this was horrifying to hear.
