They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

I understand they don't want guests waiting in the lobby or sitting in the chairs (due to covid). But I felt like if I stood inside in the corner (furthest from the reception desk which was over 6ft away) it would have been okay to make this exception. But also I waited outside from 6:35 to 6:53pm when my apt was 6:40. Now I'm sure this wasn't Brays fault, but I made an apt for a reason. So it was frustrating to wait nearly 20mins outside in the rain. If I knew it was running longer, I could have waited in my car or came slightly later. But really that was my only complaint. Other than that I am satisfied with the quality of work I received.
