They have the whole locker room set up with robes, sandals, hygiene products, personal lockers, and stocked showers, and it's always so clean. The waiting areas are spacious with relaxing music, essential oils, magazines, water, and snacks to accommodate whatever vibe you are looking for. They also offer heated neck wraps, which is a personal fave. I always opt for the muscle meltdown, which is their deep tissue massage. I've had Liz several times and am always impressed. I am surprised every time that the beds are only separated by curtains and not walls. Admittedly, this has never been and issue and I feel safe, secure and privately attended to every time. She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. I went to Koniver Aesthetics for AviClear laser treatments. I had been suffering from acne for over a decade and I was told this would "cure it", or I would get my money back. At this time I was told by Koniver Aesthetics that it could NOW possibly take a year and a half. Obviously this was upsetting, but I waited. Around 18 months after the procedures my skin seemed to be worse than ever. I was livid. I reached out to their team and I was simply told there was nothing that could be done. I wanted to get on social media and write bad reviews for the establishment everywhere I could possibly find. Though, I was so depressed I didn't even have the motivation to do that. So why am I speaking out now? Well, I was wrong when I initially thought my skin was worse than ever. I spent thousands of dollars and waited 2 years to see results. I then asked, "Can you see me today as a walk in?" She goes, "Sorry, everyone is booked today" (Acting like I didn't book the haircut on the day I'm supposed to get one). And then, I asked "Who would have canceled the appointment when I have the confirmation on my phone?" She goes, "Looks like someone called and canceled the appointment". To which I was automatically frustrated by that and said "Who called? Because it wasn't me!" Couldn't help me and was a lousy excuse to cancel my appointment without my approval.
