Do not use their online ordering to purchase anything! I broke my wrist and was not able to drive so I purchased an item online. The moment I confirmed the order I realized the computer had populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted them and also followed up with a phone call. They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it. read more

I was first recommended Dr. Germain by a coworker in 2008 when I first developed eczema. Adult onset eczema... REALLY?!?! Dr. Germain was so nice and so personable that I referred her to others as well. The next year, my son was suffering from severe acne and it was taking a toll on his self-esteem. Dr. Germain made him feel so comfortable and was able to put the light back into my son's spirit immediately. It was a process with his skin, but everything she recommended worked! That son now lives in Charlotte, but he still comes home when needed to see Dr. Germain or Dr. Holly. He says his trust is in her practice and mine is too. I have taken my daughter here twice now for a yearly skin check. We have seen Lainey both times. We love her! She makes my daughter feel comfortable when having to have the head to toe skin check. I can also appreciate the early morning visits that are available. They allow for me to get my daughter seen before school even starts! Very good experience. The staff are all very friendly, the process is seamless as a new patient. The reason I went was addressed carefully and caringly. I appreciate that everything was explained, and any questions I had were answered. I especially felt comfortable with the staff having tattoos and piercings. It may seem odd, but some doctors offices are so uptight about that sort of thing, and it immediately makes me feel judged. Not in this office! I highly recommend choosing them. The young girl at the front desk is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked her why I was told they accepted my insurance if they clearly do not and she straight up looked at and ignored me. I called to make an appt for my son who was 20 months. I gave them all my info, insurance, his dob, etc. We get a reminder call and texts to confirm the appt. I go to the summerville location the day before to fill out all info since my mother in law was taking him. They had his printout with his name, dob, age, etc. I signed that everything is correct. We waited 4 weeks for this appt. My mil arrives and shows up early. They call his name and then tell her he cant be seen because he is under 8. How many people from my first call, insurance verification, me filling out the paperwork does it take to not pay attention to his age until you physically see him?? Very disappointed! read more
