In December I paid 400 for a deep clean on a three bed two bath home with two adults no children. What I received was a mediocre half ass job that I could have easily paid 150 for. They sent one cleaner who was here for less than the amount of time a regular clean takes. I took pictures and talked to the company. The only recourse was to send someone back. How uncomfortable would that be and why would I want you back??? I felt totally taken advantage of and totally wasted my money. I would have gladly paid for a regular clean but wasn't even offered that option. Think twice about paying for deep clean. Its regular clean with a hefty price tag. read more

Cleanasaurus came highly recommended on my community page, so I was really hoping things would go well and they would turn into my regular monthly cleaning service. Scheduling was easy and friendly, but then it went downhill. I was super disappointed with my initial deep cleaning experience and will not use them again. First of all, they were 2.5 hours late to my scheduled cleaning service... and I had taken time off work to be home early. The team leader tells me they're running so behind because they're down a person due a teammate calling out. I figure no problem, I get that, things happen. One lady left after about 40 minutes, so then the 4 person cleaning team I was supposed to have was down to just 2 people. I was home for most of the service but the two women were having wildly inappropriate conversations about sex positions, trash talking other coworkers, even planning to tell the boss certain things to "try and get her fired" etc. Finally I decided I should just leave for a while, the team leader said they would be done in an hour. An hour went by, I returned, and the house was nowhere near done. Another hour and a half goes by. I tried to pass the time in my office, which couldn't be cleaned due to being between new furniture delivery and donation of old (even though I still paid for the full square footage of my home). The ladies continued loudly carrying conversation about how they had activities for their kids and another job to get to immediately after they left my home, and how they were really down to the wire. The team leader mentioned I would do a walkthrough to make sure everything was ok before they left, but this never happened. They mopped over to the door and then rushed out and left. By that evening, I had found soap scum on the shower handles & drain, bathroom faucet, oily residue on my kitchen & dining room floors, and dust still in various places. The worst part is, I genuinely felt bad saying anything negative or contacting a manager because I hate getting people in trouble, so I just didn't address it.
