I haven't called on them for plumbing service, but their heating & A/C people know their stuff. When I've called them to fix my A/C, they've not only fixed my main problem, but have also done other little fixes (e.g., replace a section of insulated ductwork that had a hole in it) or give helpful tips (e.g., use this type of furnace filter, not this other type). Like any home service company, they can get backed up during "crunch" times. If you're calling them because your A/C broke on the first 90-degree day of the year, you're going to wait a few days. In general, though, they're not going to leave you hanging, especially for routine repair work. Their prices are reasonable, though, and their people are knowledgeable - qualities you want when it's someone working on your home.

The tech put 2 lbs. of refrigerant in and a die pack and said we have a small leak and the unit was cooling. The unit was cool for about 10 hours. We were charged $470.00. We called the next day, but they couldn't fit us in until the day after we called. When the tech arrived, he was here for 10 minutes and said it was our coil. It's been 3 days and they still have yet to give us a quote to fix the coil!!

That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!

I needed…read moremy water conditioning system serviced and the bladder drained because there was a lot of silt in it from having the well flushed and new pump put in. He showed up, changed the time for regeneration, upped the GPG for the salt which doesn't do anything but add more salt for softening and added air to the bladder. I've still got brown water, in fact it's worse. He talks to and treats you like you're just a stupid home owner and he's the expert.

Andy's quote for the water install job was over a thousand dollars cheaper than his competitors and we're very happy with the install and our water system. Andy was later hired to perform two additional jobs. (Water Heater Install & Bathroom fixture install). His quotes were less than competitors and the jobs were done without issue. Aside from Andy being the low bidder, Andy brings an air of confidence to each job. It's going to get done, it's going to get done right.
