I've used this place at least a dozen times for both my clothes and my husband's. The frustrating part is that they're almost good -- and that's exactly the problem. Every single visit comes with some kind of mistake. Always small. Always avoidable. Always something that requires extra time and follow-up that I don't have. Examples: * I brought in my husband's shirt specifically to have the tag and loose threads removed. I clearly explained this at drop-off. When I picked it up, they had only dry cleaned it. The actual request wasn't done at all. * Another time, I brought in a piece to have a zipper fixed and explicitly said do not dry clean it. They dry cleaned it anyway -- and then charged me for it. * I brought in a sweater with multiple visible spots. When I picked it up, several spots were still there. I pointed this out to the manager, who told me it would be re-done at no additional cost. When I came back? There was an additional charge. This is the pattern. You have to micromanage every single instruction or something gets missed, ignored, or changed -- and then you're the one paying for it, either in money or time. I don't have the bandwidth to triple-check basic requests or argue over charges that shouldn't exist. Mistakes happen, but when it's every time, it's a systems problem. I'm done using them and wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time or expect instructions to be followed the first time. read more

I've been using Cleanbay Cleaners every few weeks since moving to Vegas a few years ago. I've given them a ton of business and always been satisfied. They are fast and friendly. But with my recent order they lost a bow tie. Even though this caused me to have to scramble to borrow a tie before a formal event I was attending, I wasn't that frustrated. Mistakes happen and I assumed they would make it right. Nope! They told me they would look for it and call me. Nope! When I came back in they said it was lost and offered for me to take another tie out of their donation bin. We were charged over priced by Lester for our leather jacket to be dry cleaned. 2 leather jackets for almost $200 and was able to find a better cleaners at Jennifer Alterations and Dry Clean for only $60 for both real leather jacket. Lester didn't even give us a breakdown on our receipt and we had to ask for it then noticed the over priced cost. We had to cancel and took our clothes elsewhere. read more

I really do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but one thing that I dislike even more is being lied to. I brought in 10 items last week and was told I would get 30% off of the normal price of 5.75 per item because I had 10 items. When I pick it up I get charged 50 bucks which isnt quite full price and def isnt 30% off...something does not add up. I ask the lady helping me and she said they ad to charge $16 for one of my shirts because its burberry. They clean everything with the same process yet charge 5x more when they see you have some expensive clothing. Totally dishonest and unethical business practice. Will find a new dry cleaner to use, never going back here again. read more

Sandy was the woman behind the counter who was friendly and personable, very wonderful walk in experience. I took my motorcycle jacket to this cleaners to have the zipper fixed and the jacket cleaned. When given back to me I was never told they ruined the pads in the jacket until now when I opened it up to wear the jacket. My pads are all busted up and were placed inside the jacket hidden as shown in the picture the little circle plastic area so I wouldn't even have seen it when I picked up the jacket. They obviously do not care about your items or they would have never concealed the damage to my jacket. I was also told when I dropped the jacket off it would be $19.95 to fix the zipper and $5 to wash it but I was charged $37 when I picked it up and now my jacket is ruined and useless without those pads and they no longer make these jackets read more

I would give this place zero stars been going here for over two years and this last month I have had nothing but problems with this place I took in over ten items to get back two of my dress shirts damaged! I reached out a couple times and Even went to the location and talk to the manager and he said is that it might be the Cologne I wear! My neighborhood drycleaners is one of the first things I thought about yelping.These guys have it right. If you live within three miles, you can sign up for a burgandy bag with your name and address on it, and link it up to a credit card. Thats right, I literally drop off my laundry or drycleaning in that bag and it comes delivered in a few days on my front porch. No fumbling around for tickets, no running to pick up dry cleaning before they close. If that wasn't reason enough to go there, they send ten dollar off coupouns in the mail about every month!! Clothes were done on time (I left them overnight), was able to use a coupon for their already reasonable rates, and they were cleaned as well as I could expect. So here's why I was impressed enough to write a review: One of my shirts had a cuff a button that cracked and I remember thinking what a pain that was and when was I going to have time to sew a new one (or remember to ask the cleaner to do it for me while they're at it). I went here a while ago to have a few things dry cleaned and some patches sewn on a jacket. All in all the service was quick and friendly (I am unsure about the bad reviews regarding that, maybe they just came on a bad day) in both drop-off and pick up. The prices were also very reasonable and they gave me one of the best quotes for patch sewing in the area, and the work was clean, well done and professional from beginning to end. If i ever need patches sewn again or more dry cleaning I will definitely check this place out. Turnaround time was quick at only 2 days for the sewing and cleaning. read more
