I found Polo Cleaners on Yelp and saw they had good reviews with service. So thought I'd take a chance with going here. I'm so happy I did. I needed to find an alteration place that can help me with a zipper malfunction from a top I ordered online, which couldn't open all the way. When I walked in, Amanda (the owner) kindly greeted me with a warm smile and I explained my issue and her and her seamstress helped me right away. They were so kind and were able to fix the zipper problem without any wait or hassle. I think I found a new alteration place. I finally, after 8 years, tried this dry cleaners and shame on me for not doing it sooner. Customer service is outstanding and the owner is a pure doll-baby who really, really cares about her business and the customer. The quality of the work was outstanding, and she was happy to review a few of my items that I had been concerned about (bad experience with another dry cleaner) to make sure I was satisfied. I came here to add a couple belt holes to my very expensive Gucci belt. They told me they could do it. When I dropped off the belt I tried it on and showed her where I needed the new holes because I bought the belt too big . She told me I could pick it up on Wednesday which was 6 days later. I came on Thursday, she hands me the belt in its dust bag and ask for payment. I proceeded to pay but something told to me check my item first. After paying I check and see that the new holes were placed in the front of the belt, not to mention it was very poorly done. I said excuse me but I asked for the holes to be placed in the back making the belt tighter since it was too big. She tells me she's not the one who took the order so she didn't know. I'm like ma'am this is an expensive belt. She's like "you want me to place two more holes. I wasn't here when you left it, it didn't say where to place the holes front or back. " I'm like well who fault is that you didn't think to call the client to ask if you were unsure? She goes on to give me attitude and tell me that she isn't going to argue with me and next time if I want holes in my belt to go to a shoe repair company . As she's ruining my $600 belt some more trying to place two new holes where I originally ask for, she's being rude and nasty !!!! I'm obviously upset saying nothing, and she tells me she doesn't want my business. The amount of hate and racism in this women's body was diabolical ! I said could I please get your managers number. She says you want her number you want me to call her right now. I said yes I would like her number. She then gets on the phone calls her manager and starts to speak in her foreign language ! She pulls my $25 out of the cash register and slammed it on the counter . Very unprofessional, racist, and no compassion for me as a paying customer. I would not be comfortable reccomending this cleaners to those who appreciate their clothes not being returned to them with tears or stains. My wife and I on about a 1/2 dozen occasions have used the shop to both tailor and dry clean our clothes. On my most recent visit , it was to return to show them the damage that had occured on 3 of my button down shirts they returned to me previously. One had blue stains around the color and the chest pocket, the other two had tears in their collars. My feelings regarding their reaction to this are such that I will not return. The owner at first denied having laundered the shirts to begin with, however when i pointed out the tags that were still attached he conceded to check the computer system, from which he deduced that he would have given me a full reimbursement of my shirts if I had "only returned them sooner". So based on their lack of even an apology from the owner (and by no means any monetary reimbursment) I will no longer return, I feel their handling and care of my clothing was at best sub par, and at worst Irresponsible. Furthermore, the attitude and response to my showing them the damage felt reckless and aggressive. Unfortunately Yelp doesnt allow "0" stars review, so I give them "1". read more

I bring clothes here every week for the last 9 years or so. They do a terrific job cleaning and pressing my clothes. Never lost a single item. But more than that the employees (and there have been a couple of changes in that time) are really spectacular. They know me when I walk in sometimes even greeting me with a hug. lol. But I've seen them do that with other regulars too. One of the staff, a few years ago even went with me to buy a suit. She made sure the suits fit right and then tailored those suits. I needed those suits extra fast for an event and she tailored, mended, cleaned and pressed them over night so I would be ready for my events. Can't say more than that. Terrific. read more

Have been going to them for years. They used to be more conscientious and pleasant. Service has been going downhill for about a year now. They never get stains removed, often break buttons and greatly shorten the life of garments with their cleaning methods. Recently, they have damaged so many of my shirts that I can no longer use them. They also have inconvenient hours as they close at 6 pm on weekdays, 4 pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. read more

Worst place ever. Dropped off clothes when I got to town on Thursday. On Monday when I was going back home to San Diego, they said one shirt was not ready and they would mail it to me as soon as it was. After the third call to notify them I had not received it and then responding that they would "check and get back to me". They finally told me to pick it up when I came to town next. I said I didn't know when that would be, but my friends went in to get it a couple of months later and they couldn't find it. I just went in on Friday once I got back to Vegas and they again couldn't locate it, told me it was probably donated to goodwill, and refused to let me speak to a manager. I asked to speak with the owner. But apparently she lives in Korea. They refused to compensate me for my $100 shirt. Obviously will never be returning. Will also be contacting BBB. Terrible customer service and poor business management. read more

A button fell off of a very expensive jacket and the ladies in the store searched for it at the factory as well as going to the store to find one that matched. They were able to find the button and all is well. They also went through and secured the rest of the buttons and hooks on the jacket. I've never had a dry cleaner go to that much trouble before. I had 10 of my custom made shirts cleaned at Polo Cleaners and two were burned around the collars. I discovered this once I had brought the shirts home. I took the two shirts back to the cleaners and the owner insisted that the shirts were burned like like that when I took them in to the cleaners which was totally not true. The owner agreed to have them cleaned again but the shirts were not any better when after they were cleaned again. My son and I have been regular customers at this cleaners for more than 4 years. The owner refused to resolved the issue and basically asked me to leave the store. This guy is arrogant and I would not recommend anyone doing business with this cleaners.. read more
