EDIT: Went in today with the paperwork for my husband's suit to get my reimbursement. The little old lady screamed and assaulted me when I showed her the receipt from the tailor, so now the police are being involved. Definitely avoid this crazy shop I dropped off a $1900 suit to this place and when I came back to pick it up two of my husband's shirts were missing. I asked her to get my shirts and she couldn't find them. I told her the price of the shirts ($270 each as they were tailored and monogrammed) and said I needed them back and she started screaming nonsense at me. She told me to call back in 10 days to see if she could find it. Called back in 10 days and she called me a liar. I told her I have the itemized receipt for the dry cleaning as well as the paperwork for the suit from when it was made. She told me "shirts don't cost that much!" (Lol) And hung up on me multiple times. I told her I didn't want to get the police or small claims involved but I guess she wants to take it that far, so here we are. My mistake for going to this shitty looking dry cleaners in this shady parking lot just because it was close to my house! I recommend Boston Cleaners for anything of value. The owner is incredibly bizarre. I went in first and checked if she could wash a jacket that was dry clean only and a cat peed on. She said yes. I brought in the jacket, and a pair of pants that needed a repair. She then called me 30 min later and said she changed her mind and come get my jacket right now. Then she called back 8 minutes later and yelled at me that I better hurry or she was tossing my things on the street. 8 minutes!! When I got there in 10 she decided she didn't want to mend the pants either (which had no odor btw). Acted like she couldn't remember how much she charged me less than an hour ago. I have been traveling a lot lately and this place has the best hours. They are open from 7am to 7pm. Many other places are open at 8 and close at 5. They also do the same day service. Tip: bring your items in when they open at 7 and ask to do same day. (If needed) they will get it done. Great service! read more

I have been using this local business several times for dry cleaning services. The older Korean lady (owner) is always showing her good side when she takes your money and business. I came into day as usual to pickup my wife's dry cleaning but I forgot to take my claim receipt. This was not a problem in the past. The owner became irritated and told me that I did not bring anything to the cleaner to be cleaned so there was nothing in the system. Eventually, I saw my wife's clothes on the pickup rack and pointed them out to her. She looked at the attached work receipt on them and it only had my first name, no last name, and no phone number on it. I pointed out that either she or her employee did not put the proper information on the work order/receipt so it would not show up anywhere in her system. This lady just didn't want to here about the mistake on their part and became livid. She began yelling and screaming and told me to get out. She was not having it (having someone pointed out the business' mistake), and continued screaming and yelling (in Korean) at me. I left the business with my wife to not have the situation escalated. Like I said, she'll be happy to get your business and money but be careful when you pointed out something negative about her business or conduct. I have not encountered this level of rudeness for a very long time. This is why I was compelled to write this review. If you're happy with this place, great!. This was my encounter only and I will be taking my business somewhere else. It's an eye opener when you see the ugly side of this old Korean lady. read more

This is the worst Dry Cleaner I have been to! They quote you a price then increase when your clothes are ready. I had a button replaced on jeans, work vest and dress cleaned, and work dress altered. The alterations were horrible! The line was crooked and unfinished. The man at the counter was arguing with me saying that it was like that before!! I will never come to this place!! I have used this dry cleaners for a couple of years off and on. Most recently they broke almost all of the buttons on my husbands Tommy Bahama shirt. I took it back in and the owner argued with me and told me that I did not have it cleaned there and it was not his responsibility. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again. read more
