I agreed with how they set up priority areas to clean and checked in with me about that. They also invited me to look at their work and review it. They also were thoughtful about little things--like taking junk the renter left behind out to the garage. In the time allotted we weren't able to get to the whole thing (like windows), but they successfully tackled the worst areas and the most important rooms (kitchen and bathroom) and left it very clean.
