Dropped off a garment last week. No one in the store was wearing mask or gloves, and staff was not even friendly. Picked up item today. Again, no one had masks or gloves, and the employee who brought me the item literally belched and wiped his nose on his forearm on the way to handing me my item. I will take my subsequent business to a place that is following at least the basic safety protocols. No discount on cleaning is worth enduring their unhygienic environment. read more

Stained all of my shirts so I had to take them back. Not apologetic about the inconvenience. When I picked up the shirts for the 2nd time they had given me a wrong shirt and misplaced one of mine. Again not apologetic. They don't seem to care that they screwed up. I will not be returning here. They are cheap but so is the quality of the customer service. They don't seem to realize that the majority of people take clothes to the dry cleaner because it is convenient. Driving up there after work 4 extra times isn't convenient. read more

I am surprised this place gets such bad reviews, maybe I've just had good luck or maybe only the folks with negative experiences are posting. I am going to risk jinxing myself and give an excellent review. I have been going here for years and have not had a problem so far. In fact, my dog punctured a very delicate, thin pullover sweater I had and I took it in thinking there was nothing to be done. It had about 12 holes in it. The guy told me he'd get an estimate on the repair because it could end up not being worth it because each hole was about $10 to fix. They ended up charging maybe $15 total and just did the rest for me for free. I've had worse luck at Widmers and they are supposedly the "best". read more

Been going to Cleaner Concepts for about 4 years & their people are very nice - The problem that I thought my clothes were being dry cleaned when in fact they are only being washed - The problem is that Cincinnati's tap water is very hard & chlorinated - Cincinnati puts more chlorine in their water then you would a swimming pool - Unless you are washing whites all washable clothing have to be washed in soft water & water that is chlorine free - Cleaner Concepts does not use a water softener and/ or carbon filter to remove the chlorine in the water before washing our clothes therefor they are not doing any better job than what we can do ourselves - By not having a water softener or carbon filter your clothes deteriorate 50% quicker & the colors fade 50% quicker - If you are going to be in the cleaning clothes business you should have the right tools to do so - They don't read more

Not sure why the others gave low reviews, I Honestly love these people. the client base they have are those of us who know the gem they are in our community. Never had an item be wrong or ruined or not clean as I had expected. They are able to do last minute cleaning if needed and they are not only inexpensive compared to the bigger names, they are a local community family. I had been going to this Concept Cleaners for years until I took a brand new tie there to get cry cleaned. They ruined the tie after multiple attempts to clean it and refused to compensate me in any way for my damaged tie. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! read more

if you care about your clothing, do not use this cleaner. On two occasions, they have burned, torn and damaged my clothes and then deny any accountability or offer any compense. I bring in a blouse, and it is returned with a gaping hole that they say was not their responsibility! Sweaters are stretched out and malformed, creases uneven. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, by the time you spend to replace what they have damaged, you have saved nothing! read more
