Scam! Had multiple cat stains on my carpet (small area) - assured me it will be fixed or the money back. Came back 3 times, the smell and spots returned within hrs. Admitted that he couldn't resolve the issue, but only refunded ~25% claiming that the remainder is the cost of carpet cleaning and that he didn't know if the cat peed on the carpet again even though the carpet was lifted, the door was locked and all of the original stains were visible. He claims the remaining charges are for cleaning only, but initially told me the original price was a package deal. Refused to refund even though the cleaning was completely useless with the smell and spots still in place. Not only he failed to remove the smell, the look and feel of the carpet were never restored. So I purchase a carpet cleaning through Groupon for $90. The gentleman shows up and says your carpet has too many pet stains. You need an upgrade to steam cleaning. I say how much? He says another $210. I say that I don't want to pay $300 for carpet cleaning. He says you should get a refund from Groupon. We should just cancel your appointment. I say fine. Then he asks what my Groupon certificate number is. So I tell him the number. Then he leaves without cleaning the carpet. I didn't realize he was redeeming my certificate. Then I contact Groupon about a refund. They say your certificate was redeemed so we can't refund. I say I never got a cleaning. Groupon says you need an email from the company confirming they did not clean your carpet. I call the company and they say text us your email address and we will send you an email. No response email. I send a follow up email to their gmail email account. No response email. So I am out $90 and have no carpet cleaning, no email response and no refund from Groupon. I will update this review if I ever receive a refund. Update: Company sent me a text saying they emailed Groupon. After numerous requests by me to Groupon, I have finally gotten a refund in Groupon Bucks, not cash, but I will take what I can get. I was ok with the vendor not performing the cleaning, but when he redeemed my Groupon voucher and performed no cleaning, it made it very difficult to get my money back. Bottom line: When the vendor does not perform the service, do not give over your Groupon certificate number. read more

The carpet in my condo is the original carpet from 1995. When I bought this condo 11 1/2 years ago, the first thing I thought was to replace the carpet. Instead I had Xtreme Clean 95 come out and perform the pet treatment as well as a deep clean. The carpet no longer needs to be replaced. They did a fantastic job and exceeded all expectations. Do NOT hire this company, I would NOT recommend. They are either incompetent or dishonest. I got an estimate last fall that they confirmed over the phone they would still honor this spring. They show up very late, then Fred tells me the cost is more than double his estimate (the one they told me on phone they would honor). He admitted he was using a new app on his phone that "didn't measure correctly" - so his measurements were less than half of our actual sq ft. Given I'm moving and need to get this tile cleaned now, I finally agreed to his 2X price and a bit more (so now we are pushing $1,000 fee) that originally was $395. Given I'm in a bind, I say, fine....as long as you do good work, I'll pay this higher price and we can stay on good terms. As I just need this done really well. Fred agreed on his 2X+ price and all seemed good. Fred walks out to his truck (to get his supplies I thought)....and then just leaves without any explanation. Why waste all that time negotiating more money and then just leave? I never yelled, just spoke firmly about my frustration. Highly unprofessional, and now this company has put me in a horrible situation given I'm on a tight timeline to get our house on market. Buyer beware! read more
