###UPDATE### The prices are competitive for dry cleaning, but don't expect them to attempt to get any stains out. Multiple times we have gotten clothes back with tags saying "a stain was detected". But they don't try to get them out. I'm not sure what they do when they dry "clean". Or there is a stain and they don't mark it at all. They have delivery service but make sure you don't want to keep any wreaths or decorations that you may have on your door. Their delivery driver destroyed a wreath that was irreplaceable. He grabbed the wreath from my hook on my door to hang a shirt that was supposed to be folded. My husband called the store and I received a call back from someone stating that she was the owner and wanted to "fix this" I called the number back and left a message and have heard nothing since. Apparently she doesn't want to fix it. I don't know how she can. I mean irreplaceable means just that. So obviously they have lost a customer. read more

Simply Fresh Dry Cleaners has great customer service and a great product! I was looking for eco-friendly cleaning due to a health issue, and they have been a lifesaver. Their final product is fragrance free, clean, packaged well. They also do a great job on the laundry service. **UPDATE** I have been using their laundry service for almost a year now, and customer service has been terrible. Granted, they do pick up and drop off on the days specified. However, after suspecting they were over-weighing our garments, we started weighing the laundry ourselves before we sent it out. Last week, we had weighed 9 lbs, and they charged us for 12 lbs. While the money isn't the issue, it was the principle of the matter, so we brought the laundry back and asked them to re-weigh it. Not only did they speak to me as if I am stupid, they re-weighed it, and it was less than they charged us for. They did not apologize for their mistake, and even belittled me for taking the time to drive out there for a few dollars. I did receive a small refund of a couple dollars. After that, they are now refusing to do laundry service for us anymore. Customer service has been rude, and I often have a bad taste in my mouth after working with them. The product itself is good, but customer service is bad, and while I had before, I will no longer be taking the time to drive out there to use them. **response to comment** It was the attitude and making me feel silly for coming in that left a bad taste in my mouth. If they had apologized rather than saying, "You really took the time to drive out here for this? If you have that time in your hands..." Also, suspending pickup for us was essentially suspending service; they said themselves it was a drive. It principle of the matter, and I do not feel like Simply Fresh values customer service and loyalty. read more

This is as good as it gets folks! After years of trying to find a dry cleaner I felt not only did a great job with my clothes AND offered a pleasant customer experience, I finally found it! Plus they are environmentally friendly to boot! This business is so worthy of having a stellar review that I actually took the time to make sure they were listed on Yelp! Why do I love this dry cleaner so much? Let me tell you. Absolutely pleasant interactions with the staff. It is a family run business and they are just nice people. If you are a first time customer they take the time to explain the services they offer and welcome you. They do offer pick up and delivery (not sure of there is a cost) and wedding dress preservation (a lot of cleaners offer this service but I was very impressed with how my wedding dress turned out). They also have a rewards card that offers a few dollars off each visit. I like being rewarded. The actual final product is wonderful. My clothes are packaged nicely when I pick them up, they don't have that dry cleaner stench. I was nervous about having an Armani dress cleaned and they did an amazing job! This is the BEST dry cleaner in Cincinnati. I hope they expand soon and open more locations. read more

I'm a menswear guy, so I used the dry cleaner my tailor recommended for a long time, but it's pretty far from my house, so I gave this place a try with one of my blazers. It came out clean, of course, but what impressed me was their handling of giving it a press. It's a 3-roll-2 design, which means it's a 3-button blazer, but it's meant to be buttoned at the second button, and the lapel has this beautiful soft roll to it. Other dry cleaners will sometimes press the lapel flat into a crease. Another cleaner I tried resulted in some crappy wrinkling on the lapel of another blazer I had taken in. But Simply Fresh nailed it on this one. Oh, also, they rushed doing 4 dresses for my wife and had them done the next day (typically it's a 2-day turnaround) when we needed them for a trip. All this plus being eco-friendly, it's an easy choice. read more

Absolute rip off. I took in a men's tunic top and was charged as a long dress. I had a formal dress, with several layers cleaned a little over a month ago at a competitor and it was $4.00 less and it was an actual long, formal dress. Thought I would try Simply Fresh since it was closer to my house but will not use them again. I gave them a two rather than a one because their cleaning was adequate. read more

I contacted them via email to ask a question about a service listed on their website. The person responding didn't even bother fully reading my email before sending a rude response. After I contacted them again, they let me know they didn't read my email and still didn't fully answer my question. If they can't even take a few minutes to leave a good impression on potential customers how they expect to stay in business? I echo the sentiments of other reviewers- their customer service is poor at best. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service do not ever use simply fresh. Definitely not simple or fresh. If you consider fresh shrinking a 300 dollar sweater. Have never had an experience anything like this my entire life. If I could give zero stars I would. Many great dry cleaners out there but this is not one of them. read more

Simply fresh is Simply Great! I wear dress shirts daily, and the chemicals used by other dry cleaners often irritate my skin. Having just moved to Anderson Township, I was searching for a new dry cleaner in the area. Driving down Ohio Pike I noticed the Simply Fresh sign and decided to give them a try. Customer service was great, and I was able to pick up my shirts in 2 days. Once I got the shirts home, I was impressed with not only how well they were laundered and pressed, but the shirts did not have the usual dry cleaning chemical order. I never write reviews, but I was truly happy with not only the customer service I received, but the quality, and SCENT of their work. This is my new Dry Cleaners!! read more

I can tell when I pickup my shirts and pants they are quality conscious with the cleaning and pressing. It's also nice their cleaning process is environmentally friendly. Staff is absolutely incredible! Always can turn around my clothes in a timely manner and the job they do is amazing. They get almost all of my stains out and the pressing is impressive. Worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. When I dropped off 6 items to be drycleaned, I notified the attendant of the stains on them, included one very valuable trenchcoat. When I went to pick up these items, the pants had been pressed on the outside (instructions were for iron inside out only!) and have turned shiny for 3/4 of the length! The 2 items that were marked as stained had not be treated and were pressed with the stains on them! They offered to rewash both items and I asked that they not press them again if the stains did not come out as I did not want the stains further set-in again. Well guess what, they pressed the stains in a second time, completely running the $2000 jacket and $200 shirt. I highly recommend staying away from this drycleaner. read more
