They offered to come back at no charge, even though we are over an hour away, to re-inspect the new leak. The fix will require a roofer rather than chimney pro, so I'm having it fixed elsewhere, but the fact they took the time to come out and inspect again at no charge, just in case it could be an issue with the new caps, says volumes about their honesty and reliability. After the first day of 24 hours of total labor time little had been accomplished other than cleaning the blinds and sweeping. Many spots had been missed and this was just on the main floor. A discussion was had with the displeasure in the quality of service that had been completed. The following day, Whitney and one lady arrived to pickup up their few supplies they asked us to wash for them (seriously) and demanded payment. They were paid by check and never completed the job, cashing the check at 8:30 AM. I would not recommend Whitney and will never pay until a job is completed in full.
