I had F5 do two jobs for me over the past 2 years. First, they cleaned the upper windows of my…read morehouse. On these jobs, done each year, they did a perfect job on my large windows (floor to ceiling). No streaks. Their price was great beating any other quotes I got. The second, and more complex job, was installing gutter guards. I reluctantly hired them as I have had gutter guards installed on two of my houses since about 2010 and one going back to 1992 and none were satisfactory. Fallen leaves continued to block my gutters each year. So, I was surprised that now, two years later, the gutter guards they installed have worked perfectly meaning no annual cleaning was necessary (they are still as clean as the day they were installed). This was particularly spectacular given that my current house is surrounded by trees (I live one block from a trail head into Shenandoah National Park and leaves cover the ground around my house each Fall to a depth of at least 2-3 inches). In short, the F5 gutter guards are the only ones out of the four I've had installed on my homes that actually worked. The other three were just a complete waste of money.

Sorry that I don't have his name. In less than an hour , he had the bad screw out, got the old stuck leaky cartridge out and replaced everything to perfect working order.
