I also mention I needed to get done by Thursday evening. The old man said no problem and he would have it ready by 11/30 by 4pm. As I went around 3:20pm to get a status update, the same man mention it wouldn't be done until Friday. As I discussed with him on my request to have it done on Thursday, he went to the back to check it and told be to be back in 5 Minutes! I came back in 5 minutes to what you review in the pictures. A ruin jersey due to a horrible cleaning job and possibly a rushed job. I then had a lengthy and frustrating conversation with the man and explain he F**k'd up my jersey. He proceeded to tell me the material was cheap and I need to call Nike for a refund. I told him no and explain he did this. It was in exceptional condition when I took it in and (if he review his video footage) it will show no damage when I took it in. The man continue to blame the quality, and insisted he didn't do anything wrong. Not one time did he apologize for this issue nor did the lady Maria in the back. As she enter the conversation, she began to give me some BS excuse. I didn't want to hear anything but an apology and how will they compensate me regarding this jersey. As I held back my anger, I realize a small claims case will have to come of this. As the guy decided to throw a $20 dollar bill on the counter, he just wanted me out of his store. You can only image how I felt. I never been treated like this in my entire life at any establishment. I will never go back there again. As for their motto: Not Satisfied? Please let us know is a bunch of crap. Only thing I would say is please be aware and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

So I don't see how they can advertise as using "free and clear" detergent. Doesn't that mean scent-free? Family medical issues have resulted in home chores, one of which was laundry, taking a back seat. So I was very happy to find a service that would take care of this task for me. I went with Wash Wizards based on the stellar reviews, the convenience of no-contact pick-up and drop-off, the free and clear detergent (aka scent-free), and the free cloth laundry bag that was supposed to come with the delivery of my first order that would then allow me to fill the bag with the items I wanted to have washed. I placed my order (bedding and bath rugs) on Friday for a Saturday pick-up. And since this was my first order, I placed my laundry in trash bags outside my front door. I just put everything in the bags. The order was picked up before noon and delivered today (Monday) before noon as well. Now, according to the website "Everything comes back to you folded and packaged in a cloth laundry bag that is provided free of charge." However, mine did not. Instead, everything came packaged in one large clear plastic bag that was knotted so tight that I had to use scissors to get the laundry out. In terms of quality of services, they did a great job folding the sheets, but there was a definite scent on the laundry. Also, I can only suppose that they washed everything (rather than separating by colors) in hot water because my pale pink sheets and floral sheets looked duller, and my slate blue sheets had clearly faded. Again, having not used a laundry service before, if I needed to separate the washing into separate bags, that would have been helpful to have included in the FAQ. And I guess I have been so used to washing in cold water that I didn't think of adding that to my order - so I'll take the blame for that - but perhaps updating the website order page to include that as an option to select, because when you are busy with other things that you need a laundry service, adding notes to your laundry is the last thing on your mind. Finally, the lack of a laundry bag bugged me, especially since the website specifically promised one as coming with the first order.
