Decided to try this cleaner as it is close to my home. NEVER AGAIN! I was told my order would be ready at 1:00 on Tuesday. I showed up at 12:58 on Tuesday and was told I'm too early. We agreed it was now 1:00 so I wasn't late. I was told to return in an hour. I came back an hour later to be told that they didn't have one of my shirts but would have it tomorrow and would call me when it was there. Two days later with no call I stopped in and collected that last shirt. In all, no apology, no empathy and the dry cleaning job was wonky. Clothes seemed clean but collars and sleeves ironed off the seam and crooked. I will never return to this business and I don't know why anyone ever would. This is not a good business to use. Many other dry cleaners in the area. One star is only because leaving zero stars is not an option. read more

Professional cleaning and alteration services at reasonable rates. We've had clothing altered and a rug cleaned.

I had a leather and suede jacket that needed that extra touch to get some grime off the elbow patches. I took it to Seabridge and they did a superb job. The jacket looked completely new and for a very reasonable price. I will return. read more

This is conveniently located right on Victoria by Von's. Surprisingly the prices are not as jacked up as all the other cleaners around here and it's reasonable. I actually took my feather bed here instead of what I thought is the most economical cleaner on base. The people are always pleasant and attentive. The only kink is that the parking is in the Von's lot where it gets really crowded during the normal rush hours. If you have a big load you may have problem parking near. read more

Nice costumer service, quick laundry I didnt realize how much laundry had piled up on my vacation/ business trip. I needed a load of clothes done immediately, but the hotel laundry was busted for the week!! I called these guys up at like 4pm on a monday when they close at 7pm. The lady said no problem just get there as soon as possible. I spead down there and in like 2 hours my clothes were folded and smelling clean 1.75 a pound not a bad deal either. I have used this cleaners several times and will not go back - I don't know what happened to them since they moved to their new location in the same shopping center - but its the same cleaners in name only. After picking up my order - I noticed a blouse missing - I went back with a picture of the blouse - as it was still on Nordstom's website (it was a new blouse!) got nothing but a shoulder shrug. I wrote it off and switched cleaners. NOW - I go to wear a sweater that was picked up with that same order - and THEY SHRANK IT!!!! How does a cleaners SHRINK a wool sweater??? I am not bothering to even go and tell them - I'm quite sure they won't care. This was a sweater purchased at Anthropologie - you won't get a sweater there for under $100....(confess I shop the clearance rack) I feel the only recourse I have is to let people know in every way I can think of not to use them - they will lose and ruin your clothes and not care...... read more

I just moved to the area and started using them about 8 months ago. Mostly good service but they failed me once when the clothes took more than a week after the promised date. I agree with another reviewer in, things happen sometimes but how you react is the important thing. I barely received any apology from the employees, much less a coupon or compensation for the delay. I think better customer service policies are in order here. I am going to continue to use them but I won't after another bad experience and bad reaction to it. Sometimes a business needs to remember that customers have options. I get no special friendly treatment here and when something went wrong I did not feel well taken care of. So why should I keep bringing my business here? One more chance. read more

Amazing experience at a great price. I came in with 4 pairs of slacks and a suit jacket, got everything dry cleaned for $40. A couple pairs of pants needed repairs in the hem, as well as a couple of holes from wear and tear and the woman working fixed them perfectly and free of charge as a kindness for me being a first time customer. This has been my regular cleaners since they opened. Though I don't dry clean often. I usually dry clean when there's an "oh no" event, that requires professional help. I had a beaded free people dress that was dropping beads every where I went. They were able to fix it and only for $15. Today I picked up my Gucci canvas and leather bag that was horribly dirty. It had melted taffy in 2 different pockets and it had black dye transfer for a dress I was wearing. I picked it up today and it looked beautiful the price was $50. They handled it with care and best of all, it isn't sticky anymore. I've never been so happy with a cleaner. read more

Dropped off 3 piece suite to have dry cleaned, Was quoted $23 and change and that is how much it was when I picked up suite 2 days later.. Clean and Ready to go. My wife and I dropped off her wedding dress and veil to get cleaned after our wedding. The lady at the front did not know how much it was going to cost to clean. She said they would call me with an estimate as they had done in the past. I never received any call and the bill for the dress cleaning with $250.00!!! To top it off once we got home and took it out of the box the veil was missing. We went back the next day and the veil was with another wedding dress in the back. Fast forward nine months and we're back there for some average cleaning and they bring a veil out for us that is some other poor brides. There is definitely an English barrier at the front desk that causes miscommunication and potential problems. We do continue to use them since they are the best in this neighborhood. I came to this cleaners to get a pair pants hemmed. I asked the price in advance. I was told $12 unless they are wide then it would be $16. I said the pants are wide, $16 will be fine. I put the pants on with shoes so she could mark the hem. She could see how wide the pants were while she was marking them. When I picked them up she charged me $20. I told her she quoted me $16. She said no they're wide so it will be $20. I told her she knew they were wide when I put them on and she marked the hem for me. Then she said well it depends on how wide they are yours were extra wide. Again didn't she see how wide they were when she was pinning the hem?!?!?! At that point she could've said wow these are really wide it will be $20 not $16. She did not say a word she took my pants, never told me of the price adjustment. I paid her $20 price. I'm not happy about this!!!!! I will never give them any more business. I don't mind paying for work, but if you tell me a price in advance that's the price we agreed on. She had my phone number on my receipt at check-in. If I was going to be different she could've called me. Very poor business practice!!!!!! read more

I thought I might try there new location, THAT WAS A MISTAKE! Very poor attitude from the woman that works the front and a "Who Cares" attitude from the woman working behind her. I had a living social coupon to use. They wouldn't honor it. At least I could return it to Living Social! Looking beyond the POOR STAFF, look at the equipment. It is a mess! My husband and I have been bringing my white coat for work here at least once a week for the past few months. Was going okay, some stains would remain slightly there, but we were assured it would come out next time. My nerdy self had not bought a pocket protector yet, had a few ink spots at the bottom of my pocket and when I came to pick it up my white coat had giant ink stains along the pocket. $8 for a worsened stain that now affects my professionalism. Pass on this place. I chose it because I knew I would be working late and wanted to drop off a couple of things at lunch time. I dropped it off on a Thursday and told them I wanted to pick it up the following Tuesday. This dry cleaner is convenient and green, which I like. However, two of my shirts (both of them the brand Vince if anyone reading this happens to have an extra shirt in their order) have gone missing from my orders. The response from the cleaner was not what I would have expected. No offer to reimburse me for the shirt and no recognition that the missing shirt was their problem. I'm not going back and would advise you if you go there to count your clothes before and after you drop/pick up. read more
