After the windows were installed the installers did a terrible clean up job, then we had to have the wall stuccoed (which cleaned up as well as the window folks), then the painters came. Now we had new windows but they looked awful. Glue, stucco, a little paint, dirt, dust, etc...Paul did the interior, exterior, screens, and the window sills. He was so meticulous, and called us several times to check his work. Amazing! Since rebuilding many parts of our home since hurricane Sally, yes the windows are from 4+ years ago, this has been our best hire ever! We could not believe how see thru our windows looked and still look and sparkle. Our windows on the front, north-side of our home, were replaced too but have screens and they are so clean it's hard to tell they have screens on them. I have never had my windows cleaned so well! I will have Paul back on a yearly basis. If in doubt of who to hire, PICK his young fellow. I'm so glad we did. He is professional, well mannered, and respects your home.

He recommended installing a basin drain system as the solution, but unfortunately the work was completely ineffective. The crew dug up the parking lot and front of the house to install the drainage system, but left a huge mess behind. There were trenches and uneven areas throughout my parking lot and even extending onto my neighbor's property. The entire job felt rushed, like the priority was finishing as quickly as possible rather than making sure it was done correctly. The drainage system itself was poorly designed. The drains were not installed up against the house where the flooding and water intrusion was actually occurring, and the front of the property was not properly graded to direct water toward the drain. As a result, the system did little to solve the original issue. When I reached back out and asked James to come back and help correct the problems, his response was that they were "already barely making any money on the job." That response made it seem like the focus was more on profit than standing behind the work or making things right for the customer. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the workmanship and the customer service, and I would not recommend using this company for drainage or water intrusion issues.

They put an irrigation line on my neighbors side of the fence that was found when I hired another company to connect to my well, which they refused to do. No one asked nor told the neighbor nor I if that was ok. And they refuse to do anything about it! Neighbor has a rock yard and was out of town when it was done, so he nor I could tell till now. Turns out this new contractor had worked for them and quit two years ago due to issues just like mine. 3. They told me they winterized the system last fall, but did not drain lines so the back flow valve burst. They refused to repair it without being paid $7500! I had to hire someone else to fix it. 4. I was told they installed the remote module in the system so I could control it with my phone from Texas, but they did not. I had to pay someone else $100 to install it. 5. I told them the controller was faulty and was running 3 times a day. I had cleared it and it did not still stay on schedule. I got two $600 water bills for two months before they would replace it. BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY LIE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY OVER PROMISE AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU MoRE THAN CONTRACT PRICE! PLUS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR WARRANTY! I hired him to do my 12x34 patio slab and it went well so I hired him for a bigger project a few days later. Each day he showed up he was asking for another 4, 5, or 6 grand. He was at the 90% mark of the $32K quote and still hadn't done the driveway yet. The dumpster company that he contracted to put the old concrete in called me and said they were putting a lien on my house because he refused to pay them after they'd hounded him. I wonder if he ever paid for the concrete delivery or will I have an additional $4,000 lien to deal with? I told him about the lien and he assured me he was taking care of it. Nope. The dumpster company thinks I'm giving them the run around, still demanding $400 on top of my incomplete job that I now have to pay someone else thousands to finish. In 29 days he was at my house just 7 days and never more than about 5 hours per trip. He removed the driveway and framed it out but then I waited weeks for the concrete. He constantly had 'relatives' with emergencies (some out of town) that required him to vanish for days on end, always right after I gave him another $5K. He's fine for small jobs but don't do anything over 12x30 or you'll be hearing the stories. The dumpster driver sent me a text where he told the dumpster company he was so broke he could only put down 3 to 4 inches of concrete instead of the 6 inches he said he was putting down. He told me several times "they all crack, just get used to it". I should have checked the BBB site for complaints because there were several. All the BBB complaints read the same: incomplete or improper jobs that he refuses to correct or refund. After seeing all the complaints here and elsewhere I doubt I'll get my $6,000 back for the work he didn't do even if I take him to court. Serial scam artist, apparently the concrete guys are not required to be licensed or bonded so there's no recourse to get satisfaction with the county/city/state and they know it. I tipped each member of his crew any time they actually worked more than a couple hours and even bought all 10 of them lunch. Can't believe this guy is still in business, he showed up late the last day when I told him not to come back that someone else was doing the rest of the job and he said "I sure wish you would've told me that before I bought this $200 worth of supplies", as if I had put him in a bad financial way somehow. That showed me he still had no awareness or understanding of how bad the situation was at all. 12 sunny cloud free days in that span without anyone showing up at all, no answer to calls or texts or explanation as to why they didn't show. A critical quality of Riley's house washing is the use of relatively low pressure wash streams. In contrast, most other firms use very high pressure washing machines that will damage vinyl, wood and even brick surfaces; in fact, one firm that cleaned our house 20 years ago actually blasted right through window seals and the front door gaskets such that chemical-laden water was spraying right into the living room. The lower pressure protocol does as good a job, but takes a lot more time to clean a house thoroughly; the difference is THE most important factor in our decision to stick with Leo Riley for all these years Yes... cost of his cleaning has increased over the years, but we get more than our money's worth: a thoroughly clean outside, with no damage or blown weather stripping seals. He showed me his laser level surveying device he uses that marked accurate depth and inclination of the culvert pipe which ensured compliance with the permit and easily passed inspection.
