This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced.
