I first checked reviews and thought while this company didn't have any reviews, I would see how our conversation went and decided from there. They were professional, asked questions about the project and asked for a video. This wasn't a typical cleaning. I recently had the popcorn on the ceiling removed and need a deep post-construction cleaning. I was then presented with a quote and I will say out of the 3 quotes received by other companies, they were a tad bit higher than the rest. I decided to go with this company after our conversation and I can see why they were higher than the rest. They brought in brand new products to clean the home. When I say brand new, I mean the rags to dust were new, the covers to mop and dust walls were new, and anything else you can imagine was all new. I loved that they offered products that are non toxic and asked if they can use them prior to doing so. They spent the day cleaning the house. If you know about popcorn removal, you know you have to clean, reclean and reclean the area. The ladies did a great job. The owner Mary came by after to check the area once the cleaning was done. It was pretty late and in the morning we found a few tiny areas that were missed. We called Mary and she not only offered to return some money for the inconvenience (which we declined), but, she immediately put us in to come later on in the day (we unfortunately were busy that day and asked for her to return on another day, which she did). When she returned she cleaned the area and mopped the floors again (which due to the popcorn ceiling removal needed another pass). Mary and her team are professional and very helpful. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. In fact, calling her now to help with a rental cleaning. Thank you Mary, Jennifer and team for your great work.

Two women were supposed to show up on Monday at 4o'clock and work for two hours. Something came up and they did let us know that they would be there, at a discounted rate, the next day. So that was fine. We were told they would be here at noon, however, they didn't show up until 1220. They did not have their own vacuum cleaner and asked to use ours. Still, that was OK, as I am a former house cleaner and prefer my own vacuum cleaner in my house anyway. So I showed them how to use it and let them go. In the two hours they were in our house, they cleaned the bathrooms and vacuumed one bedroom. No other space in the house was vacuumed, and they did not vacuum or mop the floors in the bathrooms. We also have a small cordless vacuum that I explained they could use on the stairs because it was easier to carry around. Needless to say, they did not vacuum the stairs. And they never even made it into the kitchen. This was, by far, the worst cleaning job, if you can even call it that, that I have seen. My only guess is that they scheduled 2 hrs for the cleaning and got done what they could in that block of time. That's why I don't understand why the quote was given sight unseen. We texted pictures of dirt on the floor to them and asked why they didn't vacuum. We were never given an answer but they did say they would come back and clean for free. However, by this time, we were so frustrated we didn't even answer the text. Honestly, this experience was a total joke.
