We had a very poor and long experience with ATI. The crews they used were not experienced or well…read moretrained. They guys were nice and always polite but the work wasn't great. The crews weren't well supported or supervised by ATI and there were lots of communication gaps. If you have a choice you'll probably want to go with another company. If you're filing a claim on your home owners policy and have to use ATI you'll have to very closely monitor all aspects of the project and document everything. You'll also want to stay in close contact with your insurance company. The ATI people blame a lot of their shortcomings on the insurance company, but in our situation we found that not to be true. Wish I could give a better review but I can't and I can't recommend using ATI.

Note: we did work with Team K in 2022, so I am really late in writing in this...and the whole world had a lot of turnover in 2022, so this might have changed. The different parts of the business are very different...the damage treatment is a 4 to 5 star operation...the reconstruction is a 2 star, so that's why I'm giving them a 3. They did come out promptly and the owner is very nice. The quality of their work also greatly varies. The job manager said that on a scale of 10, his guys "are 6s and 7s, but the great thing is that always come back and fix up what they might have missed". If you have an emergency leak that needs water damage treated, they are great at that. When it comes to the construction to repair/place (install new floors, trim, etc...there are better and less expensive options around.

HRS sent a crew led by Daniel Enger and theyarrived that same evening and moved all her furniture upstairs, sucked up all water and installed fans, dehumidifiers and sprayed for mold. the care they took to get the job done without damaging her furniture was amazing. They were polite, hard working and efficient. Dan kept in freque communication with me over the next several days and physically checked on the progress of the basement.
