The floors still had dust smeared all over them, the stairs and banister was not cleaned at all, it seemed as if mop water was never changed and continued throughout the house. I paid her $40 more ($340) than our agreement and had not inspected the job yet. I was back out to the home a few days later when I saw the paid for cleaning, took pictures and requested her to come back and complete the job as agreed. She indeed came back, however billed me another $487 and threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay. To avoid attorney fees and hassle I paid her in total $827 to clean an EMPTY home. I can only share what I have learned and hope others learn by my loss. Stay away from spotlessly yours...it is FAR from spotless.
