Disclaimer: never before have I hired a residential cleaning service, so I was a bit unsure what expectations were appropriate, and not sure if my modest concerns are appropriately gauged. Working through the Yelp texting feature may have contributed to some delays in communication, but in person, Susy and her team were very friendly and professional. The price for services rendered was pretty fair, if not exceedingly so. Job was well done, and I kept finding improvement surprises around the house. The only substantial concerns came from the two young men of the family who share a severely-neglected bathroom where several small items were thrown away as trash (and later retrieved from outdoor garbage can) which seemed to them (and somewhat myself) recognizable as viable items, such as a half-empty tube of hydrocortisone, and an ashy metal incense holder. Overall, I would recommend SusyQ's, as my house looks better and healthier after a deep clean, thank you very much. read more

I really hate giving bad reviews :( I like supporting small businesses. But I walked away from the experience wondering what I paid for and it makes me sad. We just bought a house and I needed the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and it's a bit more than me and my bad back can handle. I saw the great reviews so I called Susy. First off, the positives: Susy was very nice. Her and her team were on time and very pleasant.initial communication was excellent. The sellers left us with a terrible oven filled with cook crusted food. Susy cleaned it up spotless. I'd never hired cleaners before so I just trusted it was all cleaned. I didn't inspect everything when they left which is my fault. It wasn't until I'm lining the cabinets and drawers to bring in all the kitchen stuff that I notice the problems. Many cabinets and drawers were still filthy inside (see pics). I saw her clean inside some cabinets so I just assumed they all got cleaned. I know the appointment was booked for 3 hrs but they were finished in 1.5 hrs. I assumed they just knocked it out fast which i just assumed was a good thing, but many kitchen cabinets and drawers were missed. I did text Susy and she apologized and asked me when I was going to be available so she could come back and fix it. Im free every afternoon but she told me "I will check calendar and give you a day" but that was the last I heard from her (that text was over a week ago). Needless to say I had to go through the entire kitchen cabinets and drawers and clean them myself. As I said I'd never hired a cleaner in my life before and after this experience I probably won't in the future. I just walked away from the whole thing wondering what I actually paid for and why was I not important enough to come back to fix. I'm not mad and I wish Susy all the best in her business but when services fall short they should be of the highest priority to fix. read more

I paid Susy and her crew to clean an over 2000 sqft 2 story home which I had just bought. This home had been relatively well-kept but was quite dirty, smelled, and had plenty of nooks and crannies to clean. Susy and her crew did a FANTASTIC job doing everything I asked and more, the house looked brand new when I stepped back in and smelled so much better! I had Susy and her team upon move-in. Other cleaning company cleaned the house when the seller moved out and they cleaned visible areas only. So I wanted thorough and deep cleaning before placing furniture. Susy and her team took time and did not try to cut the corner. From my past experiences, some cleaning companies just send out their employees without onsite supervision and those employees do not necessaily care about customors satisfaction, especially when they are not paid well. Or others rush so customors have to point out what's missing multiple times, which is quite tiring. I did not like those cleaning companies. I highly recommend Susy and her team! read more

I am incredibly pleased with SusyQ's cleaning service and HIGHLY recommend them for any cleaning needs you may have. Susy and her crew arrived on time and were extremely professional.
