Charger Roofing repaired the fascia board that had rotted. They did the work in a timely manner. The job site was left clean.

I am updating the review to respond to the business's calculated misrepresentation of the facts and…read morean attempt to minimize severe, documented building code violations. For prospective customers reading this, here is the verified context: Fraudulently advertising yourselves as a "James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor" to secure the job, only to systemically violate the manufacturer's strict installation guidelines, is not a "punch-list" oversight--it is deceptive marketing and a material breach of contract. Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd. The very next day, they explicitly stated in writing they were not willing to expand their scope to a full replacement, formally refusing to cure the hidden defects before our third-party inspection was even conducted on June 24th. The 42-page independent inspection report, which we received on June 29, definitively confirms that the widespread, concealed code violations and structural deficiencies cannot be resolved through superficial patching. The report details systemic failures, including improperly installed weather-resistant barriers, missing flashings, overdriven fasteners, damaged boards, unsealed wall penetrations, and an internal PVC plumbing pipe that was punctured by a fastener and actively concealed with black duct tape. The Manufacturer's Involvement: James Hardie is indeed involved, to the extent that the manufacturer offered to provide free replacement materials to JP Exteriors so they could execute a proper rework. JP Exteriors leadership actively refused this offer. We stand entirely by our documented evidence, our 42-page forensic inspection report, and our active fraud dispute with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. The video proof of punctured plumbing remain on this review.

Spartan…read morewas at our house within a couple of hours of our call to assess the damage and prepare a quote that was fair and reasonable, with plenty of pictures and explanations. Saturday morning the crew was hard at work, and our roof was repaired before noon. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. When storms hit and everyone is facing the same challenges to obtain services, it really meant a lot to have our repairs finished literally within 24 hours of that call. What a great company. Great quality, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

They were installed over the original plywood panels (using it as the substrate), which eliminated most of the potential demo (and the mess of demo!), and gave us a faster completion time. The crew took the right amount of time to do it right - I really appreciate this kind of professionalism. The crew showed clear knowledge and experience for properly installing Hardie products, which is key to a quality finish and long-term resilience. The entire crew had wonderful attitudes about the work and were easy to talk to when something needed to be discussed. The project manager supported the crew well, was very fast to respond when they needed additional materials. He checked in with me and the crew regularly, and pitched in to help when needed. We had some areas that presented challenges to the siding crew especially the walls behind our HVAC and city utilities equipment -- the crew did an amazing job installing around these items and still making the siding look great. All of the siding and trim work look really great and give our home a fresh new look.

I contacted Bondoc Roofing and asked them to come out to discern if the damage was within their scope of repair. While here, they also evaluated our roof. Despite being fairly new, they discovered a few loose shingles, some vents that were improperly installed and not booted, and a portion of our gutter system that needed cleaning and a leaf guard installation. Bondoc was able to repair all these issues to perfection, but it was not just that they did a good job that was impressive. Owner, Michael Osinskie, is clearly a man that has thought about delivering a top-notch consumer experience. Every staff member that I interacted with from Kylie to Dylan, Rovy and more were infectiously positive, caring and delivered a highly professional experience. They provided me with a polished portfolio at their initial visit, along with high resolution photos of the problem areas mentioned above. They have a very nice app for both Google and iOS to view project status, photos, communication and more. They also offer a Rewards Program. The 'Before & After' photos provided at the job's completion were satisfying to review. Their quality workmanship, neatness and thoroughly performed repairs gave me immense peace of mind. Add to all of this, they were timely...no long waits! And, extremely affordable. What more is there to say? Bondoc Roofing is clearly at the top of their game and more than worthy of their stellar reviews. Thank you, Sincerely! Update - 5/9/2021. We had solar panels installed in late February, about a week after Bondoc's fantastic roof tune-up. Sadly, we developed a leak at one of the panel installation sites which became apparent when water burst through our ceiling this past Thursday night after an intense storm. This was no fault of Bondoc's and most likely occurred during the panel installation process. The solar company's damages team was off site responding to emergency needs out of state, and would not be able to make the repair before the following week. With more inclement weather forecasted over the weekend, I reached out to Bondoc again. These lovely people treated me like family, and came to my immediate rescue. Dylan squeezed me in to their already tight same-day schedule, took photos of the damage, and covered the affected area which, again, gave me tremendous peace of mind. This amazing team truly cares about their clients and makes every effort to care for their needs. I'll never look elsewhere for a roofing company. They have my business for life. Beyond grateful. Thank you, sincerely!!
