The treatment itself went smoothly--very minimal discomfort, and I was seen quickly (maybe a couple of minutes)... Awsome!. I did notice there are a number of negative reviews here, and honestly, I'm not sure why. When asked about the cause his condescending tone was loud he said "She has YOU to blame" Are we dealing with Dr. House minus the brilliance? Not even. Honestly, this was a huge mistake!! Brad talked down at us and appeared super irritated. He was unproffessional with no regard to a shy teenage girl whose dealing with bumps on her back, arms and chest. He focused more on wanting to remove her skin tag than what we were there for. Afterall, its incurable! There's a way to softly  relay diagnosis to patients especially when dealing with young girls. Brad had zero regard for that. It's like he enjoys being rude, short and authoritarian. For example, he suddely stood up and said gather all the babies in the room and follow me to the lobby ushering the end of the visit!!! Just curious,  were you CALLING EVERYONE IN THE ROOM A BABY. Or did you not wanna leave my 8 month baby out of the condescension as well? My daughter went home terrified. Later that night she was writing her diary and it was heartbreaking to hear. I feel bad for subjecting her to such attitude. I don't think anyone should go through the Brad experience! He addressed my primary concern but when I asked questions about something else he was rash to answer my questions and hurried to leave the appointment. So I did not really get all of my concerns answers. Did the prescription work? Yes. Did I learn more about the business' bathroom troubles than I wanted to know Yes. Did I get all of my concerns addressed? No. Was I satisfied with the visit? No. I will be looking at a different dermatologist for next time.

My initial contact was with a receptionist (name ?) who was the most pleasant receptionist I believe I've ever met. She was so helpful and arranged an appointment for me to meet a new PCP (Primary Care Physician). She transferred all my medical records from UW Medicine making the process painless. Did I mention the receptionist was so very pleasant? After my initial meeting with my new PCP, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Pacific Medical. The medical facility is really close by my apartment, so traveling back and forth is not a problem. Lots of parking, with about half dozen Handicap parking stalls directly out from the front door of the clinic. Perhaps the time spent with negotiations between Aetna & UW Medicine was my good luck.
