I am reposting my google review. I came here to have a liquid nose job done and TruFlex (a muscle stimulator). I want to state that I am a full blown needle phobe. Dr. Fadi is very fast (like 5 min and its over). It was shocking how fast, quick, and painless it was to have this done. I was stressed out about going blind as a side effect, but he assured me he does at least 6 of these a week or more and has not had an issue. I'm sure I stressed him out with my needle phobia and my fear of going blind, but he just was so fast, and so calm and it was over. He has done it two more times and each time he handled me with pure confidence, care, and calmness. **I did not have any bruising, or swelling from the liquid nose job. At most, I had very very light tenderness after the second injection. Not enough to even count it as a side effect for me. It was quick and painless. If you're scared like I was, I highly recommend Dr. Fadi!** I am very glad I found this place and Dr. Fadi. He doesn't talk too much, but enough to know that he cares and wants the best treatment plan for you to get your best results. Whenever I would come into the office for my TruFlex session, he would always stop over to me and ask me "how my nose was, and if I liked it." I LOVE that he cares so much! The front office staff, Sam is also very kind and caring. I have also worked with Trisha for TruFlex and I highly recommend her and that treatment. I have had 4 sessions and I can already see a difference in my super stubborn hamstring area that was near impossible for me to tone with rigorous exercise. Trisha knows the body and the proper application for the electro pads to get you the best results possible. She also talked with me the entire time so the 45 min session is done in no time! I recommend a liquid nose job from Dr. Fadi, and TruFlex from Trisha. I am happy with both of my treatments and will be returning here for any other treatment I need in the future. Don't drive up to Bellevue/ Seattle to find a skilled aesthetic physician like I have had to do in the past. Dr. Fadi is AMAZING with high risk vascularized area injections and he's local, right here in Puyallup! Put your trust in Dr. Fadi. He cares and does a great job with his craft and practice! I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the age of 41and after several surgeries my body started to go through menopause. However, due to my cancer being estrogen based I couldn't do hormone therapy to regulate my levels so my doctor wanted me to see a natural path. After seeing a doctor (not my regular doctor) he was quick to prescribe anti-depressants as a quick fix. I WASN'T DEPRESSED...... so why did he prescribe this, he didn't listen to me nor did he care I was just another patient filling a 15 minute time slot in his day. The doctor even said that, "You have 15 min, so why are you here?" A few years went by and I was still feeling sluggish, no energy, weight gain, severely sleep deprived and just not feeling myself. I went from marathon training before my diagnosis and not having the energy to leave the house. I came into Purity off of a recommendation from a friend to learn more about BioTe. I met with Doctor Alhafez and although he's not a man of many words, I felt comfortable that he had my best interest at heart and after learning that he was an internal medicine doctor I felt even better. I was intrigued and quickly convinced and excited to feel normal again. After I was treated I was surprised to get a phone call from the doctor inquiring on how I was feeling. Of course seeing how personal the staff and doctor was I was hooked. I felt comfortable, safe and a genuine feeling that I was being well taken care of. I have since had other services done, lashes, Ultherapy, skin care, vitamins and other services and with each I have felt like my care was in good hands. I have been going to Purity Medical Spa for almost 2 years now. I have done Botox, Liquid Nose Job, Lip Fillers, Ultherapy, Monalisa, Microblading, BioTE Hormone Therapy, Eyelash Extensions and HydraFacial. In the time that I have been seeing Dr. Alhafez he has taken great care in answering my questions and concerns. I never wanted to look fake. Dr. Alhafez understood how important it was for me to maintain a natural appearance. He came up with a service plan he felt met those needs. Now after almost 2 years I feel he met my requested results. I receive compliments daily on my skin but what matters most is I'm happy. I don't wear makeup because I don't want to lol. Now I feel I don't need to. I also use a few products the spa offers called Alastin and PCA to maintain skin health. Before I came to Purity Medical Spa I didn't have much of a skin care routine. Let's just say I didn't have one at all lol. Now I won't go without it. I have 2 daughters who will learn the importance of a good skin health routine now that I know it's not all smoke and mirrors. My skin feels and looks healthier. I won't say much about the Monalisa as that is private but I will say I had my doubts. Those doubts quickly turned to belief in Monalisa. I have noticed so many improvements in that vicinity. Let's just say I'm not searching frantically for the restroom anymore and intimacy has been greatly improved. Monalisa and BioTE gave me back the intimacy I remember I once had with my husband. I can't say enough about this spa. All I know is I wouldn't have known unless I trusted the Doctor and his staff. I absolutely love getting my botox and fillers from Dr. Fadi at Purity Medical Spa. He listens to what I want the outcome to be and I always get a call next day asking me how I am doing and do I need anything. I have recommended Purity to friends and family and will continue to do so. All friends and employees I work with who I know get fillers and botox have tried them out and have thanked me. I have done many other services at Purity as well but botox is the routine appointments I make throughout the year. I have gone to many medi-spas but between the quality, the kindness, the promptness and the outcome, I will continue to be a loyal customer and tell others to give it a try! I also appreciate how timely Dr. Fadi is. I have never had to wait for the service I booked. Sometimes I schedule in advance and sometimes its last minute because I simply forgot to book the appointment or I see an immediate need for a service :) Love it here at Purity! I loooooove the receptionist (I think her names trish) she is amazing and the one who gives me my vitamin shots. I have Crohn's disease and ever since I've been coming here to get my vitamins I have been so overwhelmed with how nice everybody in the office is. Not only are they very sweet and explain exactly what you need to know, but the receptionist even gave me a whole thing of Lysol wipes during this epidemic to ensure me and my family can do our best to stay away from covid... oh and the vitamins can be very addictive since they're honestly pretty cheap. My daughter in law bought me a laser hair removal package as a gift. My specialist Shirley advised me to do Electrolysis instead. What I like about Electrolysis is once the hair is treated in never comes back. My trouble area is nearly gone! Only a few more treatments and I'm hair free. I must say I was nervous when I 1st went in, but that went away quickly. During the procedure the only 'pain' if you can even call it that was when they killed the hair follicles. It was just a little sting is all. I can't wait to be finished with this & not have to worry about the pesky chin hair. read more

I LOVE Purity Medical Spa. I've been going there for about a year for all my needs. Facials, Lashes, Vitaman shots, etc... The staff are warming and positive as soon as you walk in. Dr Fadi is also kind and funny! Doesn't make you feel uncomfortable which is what I look for in doctors. You get what you pay for and I enjoy the relationship and care that they offer their clients as they aren't a massive company so they actually remember you when you come in. Which is nice! Purity Medical Spa is such a great place to go for wellness. I have been for hormone replacement, vitamin shots and IVs. Every time I go in, the girls at the front desk are informative and caring. The Dr listens to how I'm feeling and makes sure I get treatment to make me feel my best. The prices are fair and I get to have a say in my own healthcare. My mom schedule an appointment for a HydraFacial for acne and blackheads. I had never heard of a HydraFacial and it never crossed my mind to get a facial. But I did it anyways. But surprisingly I actually saw a difference. I didn't expect know this facial used suction to remove blackheads. I pretty happy and I'm glad my mom is having me do this monthly. I went to this spa for hormone replacement therapy. It's been almost 2 years now since my first pellet insertion. I wish I had done this sooner. The results I have noticed aren't only muscle improvements or energy. My intimacy and performance has improved as well. Highly recommend at least trying BioTE if you haven't already.
