The old draperies had become worn and sun bleached and opening/closing had become a problem. Schneider's provided power driven cellular shades that insulate us from the hot summer afternoon sun and will also provide a blanket of insulation for the winter. Schneider's also manufactured custom room darkening shades for our guest room. I am sure we could have found something at a big box store but these were measured and installed by the owner. You knew it was going to be done right. BTW I did a price check with the big box store and I actually saved money and frustration. You never regret dealing with a professional.

Due to hail damage, roof and siding needed replacing. James…read morecame out and gave us an estimate. We asked if they could wait with repairs until the weather warmed up. They had no problem with that. With a break in the weather, they started repairs. The roof was replaced. They also contracted for the steel siding replacement and lined up someone to replace the garage door. A skylight and gutter downspouts were also replaced. First American Roofing took care of everything and worked closely with our insurance. Because of their detail to everything, I would recommend them anyone that requires roofing or siding. Austin came to the house in 15 minutes minutes, put up his ladder and completed the job within 30 minutes. The bill was for a trip charge which I thought was fair.. I will definitely call First American Roofing and Siding again.
