Tom and Rodney did an amazing job power washing my house, walkways, and gutters. They also treated the algae/moss growing on one side of my roof, and cleaned the inside/outside of all my windows and screens -- I could not be happier! They showed up on time and worked diligently for 6 hours, and everything looks brand new. We had a very bad experience with Clear Choice Window Cleaning that might help others avoid making the same mistake we did. We have an old house in Old Town Alexandria with wood windows with single glazed window panes. When they arrived, Tom said that he couldn't clean our dormer windows because they were too high. When I asked him about using a ladder, he said they don't use ladders because they're too dangerous. I should have just sent him home, but that's hindsight. Each window has 12 small panes, and Tom tried to clean them with a large brush on a pole. He banged around trying to get the large brush to fit into the small windows, but it didn't work. It's impossible to clean 2nd floor windows with a wide brush while standing on the ground. The windows were not close to being clean. In a way, he removed just enough dirt to make the windows look worse. He was here for 2 1/4 hours and charged $433, the amount of the quote. But for $433, I thought he would actually clean my windows. We found someone to clean each window pane and use a ladder, and the windows look great, but we ended up paying twice. I would recommend avoiding Clear Choice Window Cleaning. read more

Issac showed up and blasted windows with a power washer AFTER removing the storm windows. Entire kitchen was flooded and window sills were full and pooling water to run down interior of the house. 3 rooms were affected. When I ask Isaac he said it was my window installation problem! The house was built in 1958 and the windows have never leaked, even when I have cleaned them previously. Isaac became a smartass to me so I promptly told him to leave and called the owner Tom. Tom hung up on me. I spent the next hour cleaning up the water and fully intend to make a claim against their insurance. What a mess. Read my other reviews. I am not one to post bad reviews. Both the worker Issac, and the owner Tom were rude and totally unapologetic to the damage caused. read more

For an annual window and screen cleaning, this place can't be beat. It is so worth having their team come out with all of their equipment and ladders and knock it out in a few hours. Phil and Diego were efficient, polite, respectful, and made the windows sparkly and beautiful again! They wore booties on their shoes so as not to track dirt in as they cleaned the insides and outsides of the windows. We have a pergola out back, and they creatively worked around it by going on top of the roof to access the upper windows on that side. They power washed and scrubbed the gutters and now they look BRAND new- I can't believe what a difference it makes. My 6 and 3 year old sons followed them around and harassed them pretty much the whole time, but they were great sports and played along. I will definitely be scheduling this as an annual event - it's amazing how much a thorough window cleaning can do for the overall appearance of your house!! read more

This company is substandard and I would not recommend them. I scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour arrival range. I removed all my screens as advised. I waited 3 hours and they cancelled the appointment.They apologized and rescheduled assuring me they would arrive at 8 am first appointment. I waited for 2.5 hours and then cancelled them.
