could not be happier! under the strain of getting a house on the market, i appreciated that these guys were able to schedule me quickly. there were terrible storms the morning of the day for cleaning, but they kept me updated on when/if someone was coming. the price is more than fair and the results were great! The day before they came out, i had spit polished the whole house for realtor photos. They left no trace that they were here other than clean windows, sills, and screens. This company is unbelievable - in a good way! We originally choose them for an estimate based on their excellent Angie's List reviews, and quickly went from asking for an estimate only, to booking a date for the work to be completed. Teri made the process of making the appointment and giving us an estimate, super easy. She always got back to us right via phone or email. The "dream team" that she sent to us, Nilton and Raul were in a class by themselves. I'm picky when it comes to window cleaning and they far surpassed my expectations - my windows, (and we have a lot of windows!) turned out PERFECTLY. Not only are Nilton and Raul extremely skilled at what they do, but they were also professional, meticulous, conscientious, AND friendly going above and beyond by also cleaning off some really bad pollen stains on some of the upper floor windows. I found out that they, like all of the other employees, have been with Old Dominion Cleaning for 17-18 YEARS. The company must be doing a lot of things right to keep their employees happy and working for that long. Old Dominion cleaned all the windows in our home. Great experience all around. The office manager very professional and helpful. A crew of two did all the work. They were very neat (took their shoes off in the house, had a little rug to catch any dirt that fell), had all the right tools, were very experienced, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job much faster than I expected.
