I see homes around Houston that are only a few years old and the stucco already looks worn and dingy. In some cases it's green with mold or algae. One house I pass regularly even has what appears to be black mold all over it. We never did any work on our original stucco exterior until now. After 18 years there were some dull and dirty spots that are to be expected. Abel -he's an expert- came out and did a full inspection then sent his crews out to power wash, then patch some areas, then paint. They did the work in a timely fashion and our house looks sparkling new again. I highly recommend Atlantic! My only complaint is that it's good to keep an eye on the crew to make sure they don't do sloppy things like halfway clean up faint paint marks on the driveway. Also, we called Abel to come inspect the work a couple times to make sure the guys were following the plan. Each time Abel always responded in a timely manner and thoroughly inspected the work and directed the crew to do exactly what we requested.
