Following termination, the company texted they would send a refund for the month that was never started, but instead pocketed the money and refused to send it! We actually had to incur the expense of filing a suit in small claims court! This company is highly unprofessional. There are literally pages of pool services to choose from and took us 10 minutes to find another. Use these guys at your own risk--but I'd take the time to interview a few and avoid this dishonest and low-quality pool service company.

Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.

Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.
