I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed.
