Mario and Ernesto arrived while I was in the middle of working virtually, and they were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They wore booties inside my home, were very careful moving furniture as needed, and treated my house with so much care. I have 69 windows (they count by panes!), and they did an absolutely incredible job. They cleaned the inside, outside, tracks, and screens, and the results are beautiful. The amount of time, care, and attention to detail Mario and Ernesto put into this job made it worth every penny. They truly took their time and made sure every detail was done beautifully. I honestly thought I needed to replace my windows because they looked so bad but after Mario and Ernesto's amazing cleaning, I realized my windows were not the problem at all. They look beautiful again! There were a couple of small items that weren't put back, but they were very minor, lightweight things and so easy to take care of, especially considering the amount of work they completed. Clear Glass Window Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our roof and cleaning out our gutters. We had some screens on some of our gutters that had been previously installed to keep out leaves from our trees. Mario removed the screens and cleaned out the gutters and replaced the screens for no extra charge. I got tons of responses within the day, Clear Glass Window Cleaning being one of them. The process was so smooth and easy. Their bid was the lowest price point for my 2-story home and they confirmed that was it - final price, no hidden fees. I communicated thru Yelp and text with Angie the entire time. She even sent me a calendar appointment confirmation thru text that I could save to my phone's calendar. They were available to come out 2 days later. Not gonna lie.. I was skeptical at first since there was no Yelp reviews, and I was only able to find one review on Google. But with the clear communication, I felt I could trust them. The day of, Mario arrived on time and got right to it. He let me know that he'd be done in 1-2 hours. I went inside, worked, and exactly 1.5-2 hours, he was done. He sent A TON of pics to my phone. Update: after reading Angi's comment below, I want to point out how I called her that day. That day, but she forgot that part, I suppose. There are many window cleaning places out there. I usually pick one with many positive reviews and no negative ones. For me, this company will not be used by us, again. Gave a quote right away, showed up on time and was friendly. One star for that. Everything after this went downhill. Did a horrible job cleaning windows, all tracks were filthy, bent two of my screens, still have more than half my windows dirty. Reached out to company while the worker was still at my home to discuss cleaning issues when he was done with the upstairs and talked to a woman who said she would talk to the worker. He went back and recleaned some of the windows. When work was 'completed', I saw half the windows were still dirty so I called again and left a message. No response. When I wrote to them later, they said I need to let them know right away. I did! I won't recommend. read more

He worked safely and knew how to walk a cement tile roof. The cleanup is very good. Work was completed within an hour, and time will tell if gutter issues were resolved. Roof cleaning was part of the service included, and 90% of the roof was washed off (part of one side of the house still had bird mess). I also requested to take down some old bee/wasp nests under roof awnings, and they took out most (I spotted 2 left behind).
