My old downspout went behind the front wall of the house and drained under a flowerbed. After numerous attempts to unclog it, I looked into having a company replace and reroute the downspout to drain into the yard. After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. They were responsive, professional, and very understanding of what I needed to have done. Once scheduled, Matt and Alex showed up on time which is very rare in this day and age. We walked through the job for the two downspouts to be added to my existing gutters. Once they started, Alex even asked me could I check the gutter in my backyard to make sure it was correct? We both agreed that the new gutter should match the exact angle and down angle of the existing gutter on the other end.. The first one that they made was different. His crew came out and did a great job on the wood and also the gutters. I had multiple gutter issues at different locations,, at least three other places I contacted either just never responded ,or provided any kind of estimate , after making me wait days after they said they would, but City Gutters was totally different, they responded immediately with a visit, and sent a very reasonable estimate within a day! They handlifted the tile sand out of a portion of my gutters and were careful not to clog my old downspouts. They sealed a leaky corner, spray painted visible nail heads and secured a loose downpour. They were very capable, professional and nice. read more

We needed to replace 96 ft of damaged gutter & 4 downspouts. Daniil came out to give us a quote on a Thursday, and the work was expertly completed the following Monday. 2 of the downspouts were tricky, as they were next to brick walls with large stones sticking out of them, and had to make a slight turn to empty into the catch basins. My husband (a contractor himself) was very pleased with the work. An estimator from another company advised me that there was dry rot beneath a section of gutter, and included its replacement in their quote. I asked Daniil his opinion, and he told me there was no evidence of dry rot, just needed some new primer & paint. I appreciated that very much. We chose city gutters for a few reasons. We received three quotes. The first quote was the most expensive and also they weren't willing to point out to me that I was asking for things I didn't need - I had asked for seamless gutters. Well I figured out on my own later that I already have them! They didn't tell me and were ready to take advantage of my naïveté and install a whole new gutter system that I already had lol. The second one had a great rate, confirmed I already had seamless gutters, and very nice but was clearly too busy to answer some of our questions and also we found out by #3 (SC Gutters) that we would have replaced our downspouts with materials (corrugated) more prone to leakage (SC Gutters called them DIY). Both #1 and #2 told me I had aluminum downspouts. Sc Gutters was #3 and Daniil came by for the quote. He was very nice and explained to me the materials my gutters were actually made of, why my downspouts likely broke the way they did so early, and he also had the same game-plan as person #1 , with a slightly lower price point. It seemed to be the best package for us and our new downspouts look great and our garage is no longer leaking. I highly recommend them and can't stress how great and kind Daniil was. He had the patience to explain things to a homeowner that knew nothing about gutters. He is a great employee. They scheduled us quickly and finished the job quickly as well. read more

Our gutters were very neglected and overspilling everywhere. And we had a few spontaneous gardens growing out of certain spots. And one gutter spout was clogged and overflowing back into our garage. I contacted Maksim, and he was out in here in just a matter of days and had everything cleaned up and working like new. Including fixing our drainage problem, that had impacted our garage.
