My husband is 46 and had a mild stroke in January that has left him with double vision. Our local…read moreoptometrist here in Gillette hooked him up with special prisms in his glasses which helped some. However, his occupational therapist recommended that he see Dr. Jill Miller over at the Sheridan Eye Clinic as apparently she is good at getting prisms right! Dr. Miller was so through in her exam and you could really see the wheels turning in her head as she tried this and that and used all her eye doctor knowledge to solve the problem of getting a pair of glasses that would correct my husbands vision. She was very professional yet also personable and friendly while she got the job done. Once done, she directed us to a room where a lovely young lady (did not catch her name) assisted my husband in picking out frames and getting them measured and fitted so they would fit his lenses and face. We are hoping the glasses will be ready for pick up in a few weeks when we are back in town for Rodeo. However if they are not she said they can ship them to us so we don't have to drive the 1.5 hours back to Sheridan. The front desk lady was also a joy to work with as I chatted about her houseplants and paid the bill. We were even offered a Dove chocolate. The office was clean, everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make an eye doctor visit enjoyable. I wish we lived closer because this would be my families go-to optometrist if it were!
