I agrees with the review from 3 months ago . When I first saw this doctor, she had to do it all. As she had no front office staff. I was there in May as they were preparing to move to a new office. I stood there waiting for my bill while all three young ladies went to lunch together. Finally I was told I'd get a bill. I get a bill in October, with a date of service of October which is not only shady but unethical. THEN I get a phone call with veiled threats of being turned over to a third party ( collection) I find this particular young lady not a good representation of the customer service Dr Emily should have representing her read more

this place is a joke! do not tell you they are not in network and finagle the invoice to make it what they want it to be. emily has children right out of high school filing insurance claims and doing the billing for her. very unprofessional. you will be scammed and charged an outrageous amount for terrible service. read more

My experience with Mountain West Eye Care was incredible. Absolutely everything was professional and narrowed down to exactly what I needed. I was greeted with kindness and a whole lot of professionalism and I just felt like this was the place for me. Initially I was a little nervous, but the manager who did my pre testing was fantastic at making me feel a whole lot better and reassured me that I was getting the best in town and maybe even the state. she really made the experience as comfortable as possible. She then sent me off to the doctor who also made everything centered around me, and made sure I was getting the absolute best, and I sure did. After the testing was done, I was finally able to choose the frames for my glasses. I was introduced to another very professional and kind lady who made picking something as simple as glasses, into one of the most engaging and fun experiences I've had in my life. At one point, I even felt like I was modeling because of how enthusiastic and honest everyone was! It was truly an unforgettable experience and I will always look forward to going back! read more

Got diagnosis that no other Doctor ever caught. Best eye care in town They also have a Med Spa which is incredible for this small town. The pricing is reasonable and I don't have to travel miles and miles to my appointments. All the ladies working there are knowledgeable and kind. read more
