Quite the antique store on the main street. For some reason, it didn't really feel like an antique…read morestore, but more like a resale shop. Perhaps because HNP has vintage clothing in the back -- some fun hats from the 40s and 50s, and all nicely displayed. I was so tempted to buy one of the hats because it reminded me of one my grandma used to wear. In some shops, it can seem like the dust takes over and diminishes the fun in searching. That didn't seem to be the case here. I noticed plenty of tables and chairs and general knicknacks and all were in great shape and I didn't feel like I had dust and dirt clinging to my hands when I left. The owners were sharing a laugh about not "seeing" everything because they look at it every day; so, if someone asks for something specific they draw a blank. I get it and I'm not working in an antique store. Welcome to normal.

She and her cousin Jacquie (who works with her) have wonderful ideas and eyes for color and patterns. Jacquie helped me find a selection of fabrics for a project that I have yet to finish. Perfect fabrics for each project. There is a wonderful selection of yarns and patterns for knitting and crochet. Her website and been well thought out and updated. I can't wait to return and do in-person shopping again. They are friendly people and will help in any way they can.

Wow. This place blew us away with how big it was and how many items it had. Everything from old…read morewagons to the original bar from the Hole in the Wall Bar that Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid frequented in Thermopolis. They have many items from the 1800s forward. The museum had tons of items that shows what a general store, a newspaper office, a bank, a blacksmith shop, and many other examples of life in the late 1800s. The building is very deceiving because it has a full basement. It took is over 2 hours to go through the entire museum. We were all impressed with the amount of items on loan from local residents. It is obvious that the community is very supportive of the museum. They have a large amount of the museum dedicated to the armed forces and the local contributions of individuals and families.
