I am a repeat customer of this dealership but I never noticed they have a 2 star rating. I…read moreunderstand why now. I work in the car business so I know how the sales at a dealership work and I can recognize poor process when I see it. I bought a 2019 Polaris from this store and it needs some work and I was going to get the work done or trade it in. A salesperson greets me and I tell him I need service on the unit or would rather trade it in. I found the exact new unit and color that I wanted. The salesperson proceeds to tell me how great the prices are because the new 2027 are coming out and tell me the unit is $20k. We then look at my unit and retail is $12k. I understand dealers don't pay retail and units needed a clutch, battery and has a lot of miles. The salesperson then comes back and says if I pay $17k difference I can buy the new one. Wait a minute here $20k minus my trade leaves a difference of $17k??? He then wants to argue with me about the numbers rather than walk me through how he got the numbers. He would not print me a buyers order so that I could understand. Well it turns out I still don't understand so I just put the unit into their service department to be fixed and I will trade it in elsewhere. The salesman went back and forth to the GM which I never met. In the car business the "manager" has to see every customer before they leave to make sure there is no deal to be made. There was a deal to be made and I wanted to load the unit and trade mine in but they put forth next to no effort and would rather argue with me. No wonder they are a 2 star dealer. GM try coming out of the office from time to time and work a deal.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid around $1,500 for diagnosis, labor, and…read morerepairs, yet my ATV came back with the same issue, still not functioning properly. When I sought resolution, they wanted more money just to look at it again, with no guarantee. I've now paid twice and received no results. To top it off, my bike was stuck in their shop for over two months. At the end, all they said was, "Sorry, we could only do what we could." I can't recommend this shop based on my experience. Now I'm forced to find another ATV shop probably not even the dealership just to finally get it fixed. What an inconvenience after all this wasted time and money.

After dealing with multiple UTV places, I have to say this place might take the cake for running…read morethis place with people hired whose family tree is a wreath. There are 3 departments here. Service, sales and parts. Neither one talks to the other. They operate as independent entities when they are in the same building. Neither knows what the other is doing and nor do they ask nor care. So if you order a part and want service to install it here's my suggestion IF you were to go here which I don't recommend. I'd recommend root canals, rectal surgery, breaking your leg, etc. BUT if you were to ignore that advice and you had to come here, do this Write everything in BIG letters. Hand a letter to each department of what they must do and the order they must do it in. Coordination has to be on you because again "family tree is a wreath" they will not know how to contact their coworker in the same building. Impossible. So after each department is finished with their task it is now up to you to call the next department, tell them to recall that piece of paper with the big letters and instructions on it and begin the next step. Sadly they will still fail at this. You will get mad and wish you had taken my previous advice to smash your face with a hammer then deal with these people
